In this episode, I talk about how to ditch perfectionism by:
1. Giving yourself permission and the space to make mistakes!
2. Giving yourself a time-line vs. waiting for the perfect time or for the thing to be perfect
3. Give yourself compassion and love because then if what you put out isn't perfect, at least you know you've done your best and it can only get better from there!
4. When setting goals, give yourself two markers - One can be wildly audacious and the other can be just above your comfort zone
Perfectionism shows up in so many ways and takes so much from us. When you can learn about the ways perfectionism shows up in your life, you can then use these tools to let go of it!
