Amber is a transformational branding strategist and business coach, author, and speaker. She has been featured by Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Working Mother Magazine. She is the host of The Amber Lilyestrom Show podcast, which has over 100,000 monthly downloads. She is also the creator of the Ignite Your Soul Summit, an annual live event in Portsmouth, NH.

Amber's mission is to empower women to position themselves as sought-after experts and thought leaders through the creation of an online brand presence. Her transformational mindset work sets her apart in an industry focused on a strategy-first, inner work later approach.

We start our conversation by looking back on Amber's childhood and her formative experience of finding the courage to use her voice at a very young age. At only five years old, Amber was the victim of sexual abuse, and with the support and advocacy of her parents, she was able to appear before a grand jury and use her voice to stand up for herself.

Amber knows that this transformative experience of finding the courage to speak her truth allowed her to find herself much sooner than most people. Now as an adult, she still is able to rely on this courage and ability to use her own voice through the struggles life presents.
