LIn Green is the author of Enough with the Secrets, Mama: An Immigrant Woman’s Story of Overcoming Failure, Equipping Women with the Skills Needed to Enjoy a Fruitful Life Free of Maternal Heartache.

Lin Green is a writer, advocate, blogger, and public speaker based in Orlando, Florida. As a community advocate with a background in criminal justice, public administration, crisis intervention, and crisis counseling, Lin currently has a long-standing role with a government agency, spanning over fifteen years. During this time, she has also volunteered with children overseen by the Department of Children and Families. As the former Program Director for a mentoring program she co-developed for young ladies in Seminole County, FL, she understands the challenges faced by families in transition. Lin addresses these issues publicly at various venues, including Human Trafficking Conferences, the local Sheriff’s Office Community Law Enforcement Academy, the local University of Central Florida, and other community forums as needed. Furthermore, Lin has traveled across the country to support crisis incidents as a member of the Florida Crisis Response Team. She is part of her county’s Domestic Violence Task Force, the Sexual Assault Response Team, and serves as a liaison for the Greater Orlando Human Trafficking Task Force (GOHTTF). Lin has been featured in Orlando Voyager Magazine as a “Featured Change Maker.”

Dr. Jim Drexler is the Dean of the Graduate School of Education at Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, GA. He attended Covenant from 1975 to 1979 and worked in admissions from 1979 to 1981. He has been on faculty at Covenant for 21 years. All four of his children graduated from Covenant. His wife, Sara (Belz), graduated from Covenant in 1978 and, like Jim, has had a career in education.

Dr. Drexler has earned several degrees:

His specialization is in educational leadership, and he has extensively written and published on that topic, as well as on Christian education.

He loves history, coffee, and Italian food. His hobbies include gardening and golf.

Dr. J.K. Stevens retired in 2018 but continues contributing to Christian education as the Director of Biblical Worldview Formation at Heritage Christian School in Indianapolis. Before this, he was the Executive Minister at the Christian Church of Clarendon Hills in Illinois, focusing on organizational development and strategic planning.

For 25 years, he was actively involved in Christian education in Indianapolis, notably founding and leading Traders Point Christian Academy from 1987 to 2007. J.K. is passionate about discipleship and developed a biblically-based worldview curriculum in collaboration with Lincoln Christian University in 1997, which is now used with eighth graders and adults.

He has held various leadership roles on boards including CMO in Thailand and the Indiana Non-public Education Association, and served on accreditation teams for ACSI. A native of Indianapolis, J.K. earned a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Columbia International University in 2021 and is an adjunct instructor there.

J.K. married Edna Mae in 1971, and they have four children and eight grandchildren. He has received multiple lifetime awards for his community service, ministry, and leadership contributions.

Joe Meyer serves as the chair of the board of trustees at The Oaks Academy and has been a board member since 2017. He worked for Indiana University Health for nine years, most recently as senior vice president of System Operations. While there, he led diverse teams supporting clinical care, including supply chain, lab services, public safety, and support services. He was on the senior IU Health team that responded to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. Earlier in his career, he served in executive roles at Eli Lilly and Roche Diagnostics.

Joe graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in Finance and Economics and from Northwestern University with an MBA in Strategy and Marketing.

He also serves as a volunteer with various organizations, including the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis, Friends of Honduran Children, and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Dr. Paul Conn is the President and Chancellor of Lee University, having served for thirty-four years since 1986. Under his leadership, enrollment grew from 1,000 to over 5,000, and the campus expanded significantly.

Dr. Conn earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in psychology from Emory University, spent three years at Harvard as a postdoctoral student, and was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Divinity School in 1982 and 2023. He completed his undergraduate studies at Lee College and Georgia State University.

Dr. Conn received the M.C. Headrick Award in 2001, the Otis Floyd Award in 1996, the 2019 Varnell Award for community service, and other honors.

He joined Lee College as an instructor in 1971 and is now a Distinguished Professor of Psychology, teaching an undergraduate course each year.

Dr. Conn is married to Darlia McLuhan, and they have three children and ten grandchildren.

Chris is a CPA and partner with CapinCrouse, LLC a division of CRI Advisors, LLC.  CapinCrouse is a full-service public accounting firm that focuses on serving the not-for-profit industry.  Chris has almost 20 years of experience providing audit and consulting services to a variety of nonprofit organizations.  Chris’s current volunteer efforts include College Park Church and Board member and Treasurer of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Indianapolis.

Chelsea, a Taylor University alum, serves as the President and Founder of Red Envelope Consulting, a human resources consulting firm. Chelsea has almost 20 years of experience helping teams, including ministries, with their people & culture needs. Chelsea volunteers for Next Gen Talent HR and College Park Church and serves as an Indiana Right to Life board member. 

Chris and Chelsea reside in Westfield, IN, with their two children, ages 11 and 8, who attend Heritage Christian School. They are members of College Park Church.

Timothy Wiens has spent 33 years in education as a history teacher, coach, dean, assistant principal, head of school, and college professor.

He led independent Christian schools for 17 years and served as Co-chair of the Peabody Professional Institute for Independent School Leadership, and as a lecturer at Vanderbilt University for seven years. He was also Co-director of the ADVIS-Penn Institute and mentored graduate students at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education.

Tim aided the president and provost of Gordon College in developing graduate leadership programs, teaching courses like Leadership Theory and Practice. Currently, he teaches finance classes at Baylor University and is the Chief Academic Officer at The Woodlands Christian Academy.

In 2009, he founded the Council on Educational Standards and Accountability, serving nearly 90 schools and over 100,000 students. Most of his career has focused on teaching and leading in Christian schools.

Dr. Wiens holds a BA and an MEd from Bethel University; an MBA from the University of Oxford; and an EdD from St. Mary’s University.

Laura Grammer has been the Head of School at The Oaks Academy Middle School since 2001. She holds a master's degree in educational leadership from Covenant College and has dedicated 34 years to the field of education. Laura has taught in both the Chicago Public Schools and Indianapolis Public Schools, where she was honored with the Indianapolis Public Schools Teacher of the Year award. There are also rumors that she is quite skilled with a lightsaber.

Since Mueller's arrival, enrollment on the Phoenix campus has surged from under 1,000 to about 25,000, with online enrollment at 100,000. He has managed a $2 billion campus expansion, enhancing technologies, classrooms, and student facilities.

Mueller’s vision for Christian education is shaped by his experiences as a student and teacher. His passion shines in his Chapel service addresses, drawing stand-room-only crowds at GCU Arena.
