Today we had the opportunity to chat with Ellie Lee, a mystical life coach and on camera personality, whose mission is to guide others to transform their pain into power. During this conversation we talk about honoring your inner child, the importance of being present with your emotions, and learning to love all parts of yourself. We also discuss how having awareness of our triggers can lead to better clarity around the unhealed aspects of ourselves.
