J.B. Hunt Transport Services saw revenue and earnings increase during the first quarter due to strong segment growth. The Lowell, Ark.-based transportation and logistics company reported net earnings of $146.6 million for the three months ending March 31. That compared to net earnings of $104.8 million during the same time last year. The total revenue increased by 15% to $2.62 billion from $2.28 billion.
