Many of us have been numbing our emotions for as long as we can remember. Feeling our feelings is scary and hard, but its such a necessary step to healing. How are you feeling today?

Healing from traumatic events can be extremely isolating and Trauma Gang was created as a form of support and to remind us all that we are not alone.

Taz shares a bit about the recall of a traumatic sexual assault. We both discuss therapy and how much it has helped us cope and process thru all of these traumatic events. The physical symptoms of PTSD often appear the same as the physical symptoms of ADHD. Due to this, it is commonly misdiagnosed at no fault of anyone really.  Ladybird and Taz have both previously been diagnosed with ADHD when we were younger and later in life realized those symptoms were actually all part of the PTSD. We discuss our time being prescribed adderall, and inquire about the effects of the drug on actual ADDers.
