Join myself and psychotherapist Lisa, as she explains the ways in which we may experience trauma, how it might show up and the neurotherapies available to aid in desensitisation and processing of traumatic memories and adapting the behavioural and physiological responses that may accompany triggers. 

Lisa Grant-Stuart is a Counselling Psychologist in private practise in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. She is brain-obesssed and has over 10 years experience in the field of neurotherapies and trauma. As part of a collaborative team, at the Health Matters practice, she enjoys treating acute and complex PTSD in well-adjusted individuals. A substantial amount of Lisa's work includes the treatment of sexual trauma and the restoration of healthy sexual functioning.
