There comes a time when we stop arguing whether the chicken or the egg came first, or is there a god and does he really care.

The truth is our best efforts failed us at keeping us sane; and the mental health industry didnt do any better for those of us who are the 390 million people wrongfully misdiagnosed.

Having embrace the need for a spiritual solution to mend our broken spirit, to heal the hole in our soul, we go in search of the miracles required.

We grow old, it can't be helped, that's the Good News.

This scientific truth is what sets us free.

Our bodies are reborn anew every 6-10 years. taken at the top end of every 10 years; the body i am in today is that of a 65 year old man, in the 7th cycle from 60-70 years old.

The child in my past who suffered a trauma event was 12 years old, in the 2nd cycle from aged 10-20 years old.

There is no humanly possible way, I a 65 year old man can state I am a 12 year old child from 50 years ago; and by the same logic reversed, that 12 year old child cannot claim, he is me at aged 65. 

Whichever way we look at this, we can clearly see, none of this thinking makes senses, if anything that would be insanity.

The past is none of our business

It didnt happen to the person we are today

I have tried to impress on you the audience that this is a spiritual solution.

That the first part healing any past trauma memory is the action of giving the details and the baggage of the past, back to its rightful owner, our younger self.

That if you are one of the 390 million lucky individuals who were misdiagnosed, and now are ready to try something different, something old, something new; then you are in the right place and

But most importantly, seeing that man made solutions failed so many people, we need to think outside the box and consider a spiritual solution as the only viable option left.

And the only spiritual tradition that promises miracles is the Christian faith of the Bible

We need miracles, if we are going to achieve the desired results.

For me, I use to think if I could get even 3 minutes of peace of mind, that would have been a miracle of epic proportions, and then I learned a prayer that I could use, that would give me up to 24 hours of peace of mind at the point of asking.

I was blown away and the first time I tried it, it was a wonderful success; I asked for 8 hours of peaceful sleep- and that is exactly what I received.

And so, now ten years on, I ask for multiple miracles each and everyday.

My miracles are always focusing on and around peace of mind.

I suffered with the madness; the craziness; the sinking thinking and faulty feeling, for too many years; that peace of mind was my greatest desire and I have that in any moment today.

This is a selfish self centered decision you are about to take for you. Although it's not for anyone else, everyone around you will benefit by your choice.

You don't have to tell anyone, keep it secret, do it in private. if you choose to join a church or denomination, i am delighted for you; if like me, you decide it isn't for you; know we still receive those miracles every time

The goal of the Trauma Recovery Anonymous program, is to reaffirm for every individual that the past event, didnt happen to the person we are today. 

You are here with me, in my audience listening to my presentation. You are not in your history suffering a past trauma memory. It didnt happen to the person you are today. Take a photo of you today and lay it alongside a photo of that younger aspect of you, and you can clearly see, we are talking about two completely different people from two completely different lifetimes.

We only exist in these 24 hours today, and by giving the details and baggage of the past back to our younger self, we break free of the shackles and bondage of the past.

We experience this release in our bodies mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually; like the weight of the world is lifted from our shoulders; a giant weight lifted off our chest; and that hole in our soul filled in.

Your new reality can only be found in the present by you. your meaning and purpose is no longer found in the victimhood of your younger self, but in your new life in the present.

How to Live Stress & Anxiety Free, 24 Hours a Day is a simple set of coping skills to claim miracles every day

In this episode I wish to share with you the three prayer practices that are my daily practice. The first is understanding that God's name is "I AM". Learning this was a shock to the system.

To learn that I was my own worst enemy, that my Self Talk was my prayers and the cause of all my pains and hurts.

It didnt matter that I was not a church goer, nor a good Christian, what I ask for, God was giving it to me, each and every time.

God, doesn't do feelings and because of Free Will and His book of instructions I was doing all this self sabotaging to myself

I learned I could fake it, lie to Him, I could pretend, God didnt care how I spoke to Him, only that I was speaking to Him

And so I lied and would declare I was happy, joyous, and free; when in fact I was in the depths of depression; and days later, I wouldn't feel completely happy, joyous, and free, but I would feel less depressed.

This was a huge shock for me, I couldn't believe it was this easy.

All I needed to do, was to use His name more positively.

Then I learned about Dream Prayer, manifesting with God literally.

When I had an upcoming event to attend, I would dream about it as though it had happened already, and it would turn out to be a great success.

Next was the claiming of much needed miracles. To learn that I could claim the miracle of peace of mind for anything up to 24 hours at a time blew me away.

This is the prayer for a good nights sleep.

First do all your toiletries before bedtime.

On a sheet of paper list out all the people places and things that might keep you awake at night.

Stand in front on your bedroom mirror. Your eyes are the windows of your soul and that is where God the healer resides within you.

recite this prayer:

"Our Father,  I have carried this cross since the day I was born, and like your Son Jesus, I have faltered more than once. It's all too much for me. On it I carry all the stress and despair of my past; all the fear and anxiety of my unknown future; all the voices in my head that rule and undermine me; all of this list; and all of my demons. Richard tells me if I give all of this to You freely and unconditionally you will give me 8 hours of much needed peaceful sleep in exchange.

So, here goes, I give You all of this freely and unconditionally in exchange for 8 hours of peaceful sleep. Thank You Lord, Amen."

That is it. climb into bed, close your eyes and with a gentle smile on your lips, enjoy 8 hours of peaceful sleep.

Now know, having just performed your first miracle and getting 8 hours, you can claim 8 hours of peace of mind and work and 8 hours at play.

I realized my demons were my constant companions; I wasn't ready to give them up immediately, and so I would always claim 8 hours at night, but during the day I would claim an hour or two here, a couple of hours there, or 3 minutes here and 15 minutes there.

Slowly I began to trust this new coping skill and now today, some 12 years later, I use all three all day long, and each night I claim 8 hours every time.

This is a selfish self-centered action you are taking for you. No need to tell the world what you are doing, they probably wouldn't understand. Maybe in the future you might tell someone, but remember you are doing this for you.

People will automatically benefit from the changes in you, they will be drawn to your new energy.

You who have suffered with past trauma memories and being misdiagnosed, it is truly an empowering experience to gift yourself coping skills that work so easily and effectively.
