  • Ep. 15 Tapping Into an Abundance Mindset

    Hello Beautiful Warriors!

I have a little bonus episode to share with you!

Have you ever noticed yourself in a scarcity mindset? Well it happens to all of us, including me! Transforming that scarcity mindset into an abundance mindset has been a life's work for me and for many warriors as well.

I grew up in a developing country, so I saw poverty at its most extreme forms. I also immigrated to Canada with my family  when I was 13 so we had struggled with money for many years. In addition, there is the intergenerational trauma I've inherited from my ancestors about money and abundance since my family came from a  poor background.

I remember my mother telling me stories about how she grew up in rural Philippines with 10 siblings and only having 1 pencil for the whole school year. She walked long distances to get to and fro from school and that she did not even have a toothbrush. She had to use a guava stick to brush her teeth and lo and behold never got any cavities. My father's family grew up in the slums of Manila and he too  had 10 siblings plus 10 more adoptive siblings when my grandfather decided to adopt 10 of his nieces and nephews when his brother died. They often did not have enough food on the table and went to bed hungry.

To this day, I see how this affected my family's relationship with money. My family would often try to save for a rainy day, have a frugal mentality about expenses and would sacrifice convenience and comfort to save money. I too have learned this.

But I question, whether or not this type of mindset is serving us now that we live in Canada? Now that we can provide for our basic needs and more, or is it a blockage that is holding me back?

Join me in this episode where I am joined by breakup expert Mozelle Armijo (@moqiwellness), if you remember Episode 12: Tapping Into Heart Break Episode?

Well this episode is exclusive to the Patrons because you deserve to see me in the hot seat being vulnerable about my "underwear issue"

  • Ep.13 Sexual Healing and Lasting Inner Peace with Tantra

    Hello beautiful warriors!

Have you ever wondered if it is possible to get yourself out of feeling stuck, anxiety and depression? You may have considered seeing many different types of therapists and may have even dabbled with them. Today, I want to bring someone who uses one of the most powerful methods that has helped me find solace in my sexual healing journey. And that is Tantra. For many, tantra has many connotations. Exotic mysticism infused with sensuality shrouded in mystery. To bring light into this elusive subject and how tantra is used for sexual healing, I have brought in tantra practitioner Ediya Daulet. Ediya is an intuitive and integrative healing coach.

Ediya uses Jungian transpersonal psychology, Ericksonian hypnotherapy and Tantric spirituality to fuel her mission which is to help millennials find inner peace.

In today’s episode I spoke with Ediya Daulet. Intuitive and Integrative Healing Coach. We spoke about the evolution of Tantra, and how it can be used for sex trauma healing. She shared with us her stories of self discovery through Osho’s tantric method. Finally, she gave us an easy tool called the 5 countdown to help us through a moment of activated emotions, dissociation and triggers.

  • Ep. 10 Post-Partum Depression Coaching Part 1

    Hello Beautiful Warriors!
In this two part series, we had the opportunity to speak with Brittany Champlain. Mom extraordinaire and an advocate for mom’s going through post-partum depression. I am so honoured to have her in the show to share her experience with her pregnancy, from having a natural birth and the challenges she went through with post-partum depression to get to where she is today. One of the things I loved most about this conversation is how she illuminated cultural norms that we have about motherhood that could make a person feel more isolated in their struggles with post-partum depression. She also spoke about her challenges with her family dynamics and the experience she had going through a mental health facility. She spoke about her traumas and what got her through it. Lastly, she imparts words of wisdom and useful resources to help anyone who is struggling with mental health and motherhood. In the next episode we are going to do a LIVE trauma processing with Brittney. I know you got a sneak peak with the relaxation place but stay tuned because next episode we dive deep!
