We are going to be discussing how a teacher can implement or educate youth regarding mental health, and also how as an advocate, how mental health is perceived from a different cultural standpoint. This episode will help you gain insight about mental health perception and mental health stigma from a different culture and how discussing these openly can help spread awareness and educate others.
