She specializes in supporting women to dig deep and grow through developing a personal brand or elevating their business using social media marketing. Her passion for helping women with confidence stems from her own personal experiences and she has a mission to inspire women to step out of their comfort zones to achieve the things that they desire most. She is a self-confessed travel addict and uses travel as a way to learn and experience different cultures and encourages others to do the same and running a remote business allows her to travel in a way she couldn't before. She recently moved to Bali and is running her business from there!

This year she also launched her own group travel business through her travel brand - Travel Addicts UK.

My guest today is Candice Kalb talking all about seasonal jobs.

Candice has been working seasonally for over 15 years in a variety of jobs. In this episode, we will be diving into her work as a wilderness guide and tour guide. She has been a nomad since the age of 8, has circled the globe twice, and built out an '88 camper van with nearly all recycled parts. She is now a storyteller doing photography, videography, commercial drone work, and writing. She's sharing stories thru the lens of a tour guide and helping others live more creative and purposeful lives.

She is the CEO of ALA Public Relations, a boutique firm that focuses on helping consultants, coaches and experts share their message globally. The team is passionate about making dynamic connections for our clients. As an athlete and author, she received significant media attention which fueled her desire to help others understand what it takes to build authentic connections that help grow their businesses. Basketball gave her the opportunity to travel the world and now she lives as a digital nomad in South America.

Janessa is a Canadian who has always had a desire for adventure. From studying abroad in Australia, backpacking solo in Europe, driving across the country alone for a job, and moving to a new country with just a carry-on, yachting seemed like the perfect new challenge for her. This might have sounded CRAZY for a girl who grew up completely land-locked, but she navigated the pandemic and fought gender stereotypes to land her first job as a deckhand. Since then she has been paid to travel the world by boat, rent-free! It is definitely not a glamorous lifestyle.

My guest in this episode is Christa Knox. Having never left the US, in January of 2020 Christa packed her bags to travel for what was originally going to be six months. One pandemic, two and a half years, and 16 countries later, she has fallen in love with the world and has no plans on stopping.

Erica Virvo Hackman is a community enthusiast, connector, and purposeful traveler. As an adult, Erica's lived in Qatar, rural Thailand, South Korea, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Zambia, and Costa Rica. Erica has been an integral part of Nomadic Matt's remote team since 2013. Since then she has spend large chunks of time working from Dubai, Qatar, Vietnam, Thailand, South Africa, Iceland, Germany, Jordan, and from a yoga retreat in Cambodia. In 2019, she helped create Nomadic Matt’s community, The Nomadic Network (otherwise known as TNN). Two years ago, TNN was born. Today, there are over 13,000 people in our community empowering one another, making friends with other travel lovers, and learning how to travel cheaper, better, longer, and more. She has experience planning in-person and virtual events, working with volunteers, and building a thriving community. What she’s most proud of, is seeing all of the friendships born out of this travel network.
