Meet Our Guest: Sophie Littlefair
In 2017, Sophie Littlefair started running from scratch, having some background in running from her teenage years, and fell in love with the sport and began doing ultra-races in 2019. Sophie began running around London, and later moved to the UK Peak District, and enjoys running in the boggy wilderness. Sophie has run many of the UK's most challenging ultra-races/routes in the past 4 years, including the Dragon's Back Race, the Montane Winter Spine, and a FKT achievement on the Scottish National Trail. Sophie has immense grit and endurance and lots to share with us on this episode!
