When Yahshua spoke in parables, they were and are timeless reminders of how Yahweh, our Father, feels about us. In Luke 15, Yahshua told the story of a loving father with two sons. When his lost son returned to him, the father ran and received him without hesitation, not as prodigal, but as his son. He quickly placed his own robe on the son’s shoulders, revealing his boundless love for him. The story doesn’t tell how the lost son responded, but it reveals that his brother, the slave son, complained to the father in anger, because he did not have the same perception of love that the father had. The slave son thought only of service and reward, and not love and mercy. The father gently explained to him that he saw no differences in either boys - he identified them only as his sons and there was no limit to his merciful love. In his house, there was no room for shame; there was only room for joy and happiness.

When Jacob placed the coat of many colors on the shoulders of his son, Joseph, it was a sign of favor and in essence, prophesied that favor would identify him for the rest of his life. After receiving that coat, Joseph began to dream seemingly impossible dreams that were only the beginning of his story. Today, in this new glory, we have received our own “coat of many colors” and we are coming into a place of dreaming what Abba dreams...that of legacy and the next generation. We are the Tribe of Joseph, a certain people, in a certain place. We are dreamers and from here, with His favor...we can go anywhere.

It is important to pause to recognize and reflect on Yahweh’s providential timing, when He brings us to a certain place, with a certain word. Allowing that certain word to permeate us like leaven, will bring His kingdom glory to this earth.

Never the same again, it's a new day. Never feel "less than" again, we have a new name. “Rise up in splendor and be radiant, for your light has dawned, and Yahweh’s glory now streams from you! Look carefully! Darkness blankets the earth, and thick gloom covers the nations, but Yahweh arises upon you and the brightness of his glory appears over you! Nations will be attracted to your radiant light and kings to the sunrise-glory of your new day.” Isaiah 60:1-3 TPT

Yahweh is looking for a certain place where He can name a certain people, by way of a certain covenant that will begin to bring a certain transformation to the cosmos. This certain place is not a random spot, but a certitude that marks a turn in the road. It is a place to receive permission to stop wrestling with misidentification and come into a place of rest by receiving the grace to transition into authentic identity...where you can be your authentic self.

There are defining moments when events happen or a word is spoken that changes us forever. It is human nature for us to sometimes miss the significance of those times, especially if we don't understand it. But in this present glory, we must recognize when Yahweh draws our attention unto a moment, because everything that has preceded our now, happened unto the next glory. Honor those moments, sanctify your heart and set yourself apart...for Yahweh is going to do something wondrous in our midst.

Yahshua brought a revolutionary thought when He expressed that we can learn from a child. Not to be immature, but to be utterly dependent upon The Father. Children are endlessly curious and full of wonder, so allow yourself to be like a child - fearless and trusting - and find the wonder in all that Yahweh is and what He is offering to us.

Because eastern mystic religions have appropriated the word “meditation,” most Christians shy away from using the word, much less practicing it. But actually, the Hebrew meaning of the word “meditate,” is to utter, moan, study, imagine, pray and roar, and there are many scriptures that encourage us to meditate on Yahweh’s law and His actions. One of the keys to meditation is to call back to remembrance where we came from and how far we have come. When we go back and remember, and meditate on the goodness of God in those moments, it will launch us into the goodness of God today, which will launch us into the goodness of God tomorrow.
