Gunnison Sage-Grouse
Ingredients
½ cup honey
1 cup water
12 sage leaves
3 oz bourbon
Lemon wedge
ice

Directions
1. Combine honey, water and sage leaves in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil mixing the honey into the water.
2. Boil for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Pour bourbon, 2 ounces of syrup and juice from lemon wedges in a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice. 
4. Shake shake shake.
5. Pour immediately over about ice
