We can fix what's wrong with this world by loving our neighbors.

What is it like to be with someone correctly? What does that even mean? Is there a correct human way of being with everyone?

As much as we want to be present with everyone, we can't give everyone the attention they desire from us. Even Jesus himself couldn't succeed in doing this. We Have to choose where we invest our time and energy. How can we do this best?

"You can always join Jesus in saving all good things."

Life seems to be filled with imperfect moments, what do we do with them? How does Jesus handle them? Maybe we should pay attention...

Even in broken places of imperfection, heartache, and despair, God continuously shows up with love, compassion, and grace. Why do we lean toward staying away from broken places when God calls us to do as he has done? How can we not idly stand by?

Jesus is always "for us," but never "against them."

You can pretend to care, but you can't pretend to be there. Rev. Erickson preaches a basic Gospel message that Jesus hung out with all of the wrong people, and went to where the hurting was.

Like most things, being present is easier in theory than in practice. How can bells of mindfulness and choosing to take time for silence block out the white noise and help us hear God?
