I am so glad that I was able to have Kennedy come onto the podcast to share some of her knowledge with us because fueling ourselves and fueling farmers is so important.

She simplifies nutrition and reminds us that it really isn't as complicated as we make it out to be!

Come along as I talk a little bit about taking a seat at the table and allowing yourself to be a beginner. It can be so hard to walk in and maybe not being as knowledgable as everyone else at the table, but it will come with time.
