I stepped back, recalculated, and reconnected with myself, removed the distractions and focused on the positives in life and reclaiming my power while continuously working on myself for the better ♥️

An episode I hadn’t posted back in may so here it is. When your mental health takes over after another horrible nights sleep and you wake crying to those sharks circling, feeling like you just want this pain to end. Being vulnerable and having emotions is not weak or bad we are human we all feel and life can be tough releasing these emotions and processing how your mind and body is feeling in a healthy manner is an amazing thing because if you don’t the consequences can be so detrimental to your future. You don’t need to hide these parts of you, every part of you deserves love don’t let anyone take that away from you ❤️‍🩹

On of my episodes that i was far to worried and anxious to post but decided sod it get back to me and my voice so here’s more of me, my thoughts and my vulnerabilities. Love always ❤️

A few thoughts with TripleM before I sleep 😴

A little insight to how emotional turmoil can result in panic attacks, learn to reach out when it’s necessary and cope with this situations in a better manner than hurting yourself 🖤

Connecting back with myself, being aware of what’s needed and what I have to do to look after my mental health processing and trying to build my knowledge and relationship with myself, understanding who I am and remembering how the smallest of self care and good choices help you create that positive change within yourself.l and your life. Love always ❤️
