Today we have Ms. Alli Vaith on with us. Alli grew up in Northern Iowa, and had first hand experience watching her mom and dad run successful real estate businesses. She graduated from the University of Iowa and after that worked for Enterprise Rent A Car for 6 years. There was a lot of growth that came from that Job but she did not love it. Her true success and passion came for me once, I got my real estate license. Fast forward to today she is 7 years into her real estate career still jumps out of bed in excitement every day. She also finds joy in being a mom to two handsome little boys. We touch on the importance of creating vision and keeping that close to you, making the most out of everything in life and embracing change.

Today we have Mr. Nick McLaughlin on with us. Nick has been a close friend of mine for the past few years. Based locally in Rochester Minnesota. He is the founder of Stationary Astronaut a multi media marketing machine that specializes in unique ad campaigns and events. Nick and I discuss Mental Health, our calling, the Universe, Plant medicine and his experiences serving others through natural remedies. NO FILTER! Very impactful! 

Today we have Adam Cole on with us. Adam is a great friend of mine from Southeast Minnesota and has a strong background in sales and running businesses. He began his first business years ago in the automotive industry when he started his own Car dealership in Rochester Minnesota and now for the past 4  years has been in the Real Estate industry. He has grown in through the ranks and is now one of the top agents in Southeast Minnesota and has begun coaching other realtors as well as supporting many quality relationships and raising a beautiful 5 year old daughter. We dive into Mindset and how to stay on fire. Embracing being uncomfortable and learning from everything in life.

Doug Rawlins grew up on a family farm and ranch 15 miles west of Perrryton, TX.  After he graduated from Perryton High School in 1983, and receiving a football scholarship to Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Alva Ok. After four years of collegiate athletics in 1987, He had the opportunity to coach at Woodward High School in Woodward, OK. and started a journey in education having been a school principal in 6 different schools. From His Coaching football and business to His Administration and Faith, Doug has been coined as a “Turn Around Coach” in Sports, Business, Academics and Life. Doug sheds powerful light on what it takes to become a leader and how to create discipline.

Joe Klomps has been working full time in the comparative medicine field for the last decade, while doing this he has dedicated his spare time to numerous entrepreneurial projects. In the past Joe managed and DJed with a group of Hip Hop artists that gave him an opportunity to travel throughout the Midwest, today Joe has found his real passion and calling in the administrate side of a Minnesota based Cannabis startup company called Good Buds Co which currently retails CBD products mainly via e-commerce. Joe along with our partner Adam are the brainchildren of this company. Ethan and Joe are currently partners in this brand and the intention is to become an all encompassed cannabis company with multiple arms and to lead with social impact initiatives of giving back by actually being a Good Bud. In this episode we discuss the courage of going against the grain and the journey of building a non-traditional dream.

This episode we have Mr. Benjamin Veloz on with us. Ben is the owner of the World Famous Venice Barbershop in Venice Beach California. He transformed his shop into a networking mecca and has made amazing connections there leading to exciting business ventures and valuable relationships. Benjamin is also Cannabis and Tech enthusiast. He is the owner and CEO of Vnice an exciting new brand of Cannabis products that is growing quickly. Ben and I discuss his tactics in networking and the use of spaces like barbershops to gain value as well as discuss the importance of balance in life.

Nick is a commercial real estate broker, developer and owner of Realty Growth Incorporated in Rochester, Minnesota. Nick is passionate about serving his clients and building long-term relationships. In addition to real estate he is involved with many non-profits, Nick serves on the board of directors for Gift of Life Transplant House, Bolder Options, as well as serves on several other committees. Nick is a very generous and loving human-being and we dive deep into the strong values of expressing love and how to communicate effectively.
