She is an executive coach, yoga teacher and diversity trainer. On today’s episode we have Mr. Alecs Young on with us. Alecs grew up in a small town in Southeast Minnesota. He felt a pull inside of him that there was something bigger he had to do outside of his small town. He was obsessed with real estate from a young age and always wanted to flip houses. Fast forward to 2008 he moved to Iowa and met his wife Kari and in 2015 they moved to Texas. In 2017 hurricane Harvey hit and he felt this was his time to start flipping houses and today is doing many deals ranging from wholesaling, investing in multi-family units, commercial properties and flip houses. The end goal is financial and time freedom to live his best life with his family. He provides incredible insight into his journey and the principles behind his growth and shares the sacrifices necessary to become the success he has grown into today and is continuing to grow into.

Today we have Taylor Metcalf on with us. He has been in the insurance and financial services industry for 6 ½ years now and has excelled in that space and for now 1 ½ years he has been in a leadership position in Appleton Wisconsin where leads a team of insurance agents and financial representatives. And also is an active real estate investor and has a passion for leadership. We discuss in this episode the values behind becoming a leader and share lessons on different principals in that space. Today we have Dan Gjerseth on with us. He is a real estate investor from Eau Claire Wisconsin and is the owner of the real estate sales team: Gjerseth Realty Group. He enjoys sporadic road trips across the country and has a new puppy named Daisy. Since graduating UW- Eau Claire in 2018, starting with $0, has built over $1,000,000 investment portfolio with a new worth of just under $300,000! He believes the key to growth is having a positive mindset and pushing through hard times with a forward thinking mindset! We discuss the value of failing and how that ultimately serves you on your way to success.

Enrico Moses joins us for the 2nd time. He has worked with powerful business leaders and world-famous artists for the past 15 years. His background is in retail and fashion marketing. He started his own menswear store at the young age of 23. In 2011 he co-founded a fashion-tech company FIDOO in Los Angeles that focuses on bringing together fashion retailers and brands through technology. He has worked with the likes of Google, Remy Martin, Wanderlust, Hennessey, WeWork, Microsoft and so many more. Enrico’s mission is to co-create a world of culture, vitality, abundance, and love through embodying his greatness and inspiring the greatness of the people inside and outside of his community. We discuss the future and the potential economic shifts coming as well as what life will look like in the technological space regarding the Metaverse, Ethereum, Crypto and Virtual Reality.

Today we have Mr. Tye Bentz on with us. Tye is fitness instructor at a crossfit gym in Rochester Minnesota. As well as an online personal trainer. His passion for personal training began years ago and has been training full time for 4 years now. He speaks about his journey from getting tossed around on wrestling mats to growing to be in the top 2% in Crossfit competetion in the country. He speaks on serving many clients through personal training and what that experience is like as well as the impact created through focusing on growing mentally with his clients. 

Today we have Mrs. Kari Young on with us. She is an entrepreneur and business owner in Houston Texas. She is a full time luxury wedding photographer and co owner of over the top Waffle Shoppe; a gourmet ice cream shop outside of Houston Texas. She was born and raised in Des Moines Iowa and decided to move with her family to Houston for the weather and the roaring economy. She has been photographing weddings for 6 years and began the Ice Cream Shoppe a year ago with the help of her husband Alecs and the main goal was to teach her son that you can do anything you put your mind to and show him the values of starting a business. She looks to continue to build business and create more opportunity with the partnership her and her husband have. We talk about her journey as an entrepreneur and the connection to her family. 

On today’s episode we have Mr. Jake Carter on with us. Jake is a professional photographer, videographer and talent manager. Jake also is the founder of Eleventh Avenue Productions out of Saint Paul Minnesota. His content creation center specializes in audio recording and video production. We speak on today's world for creatives and how the experience is for artists to climb. We talk about the tools available to elevate the practice and share ideas of what is possible.

Today we have Mr. Nathan France on with us. Nathan is a son of a large faith-based family of 13 and has been married 26 years to the lovely Jennifer France. They have 3 adult children who followed dad’s footsteps as becoming entrepreneurs. Nathan Has been an entrepreneur for years, he is a 7 figure Network Marketer, has a 7 figure real estate portfolio as well has a 6 figure construction consulting background. Recently Nathan Co-founded Real People Giving; a social business which is also a whole food micronutrient manufacturer. Also, Nathan has submitted two mountains in the Himalayas that have never been climbed in human history. We go deep on this episode into how to embrace the so-called "impossible."
