"I wanted to create a two hour mix with music that I’ve played out the last part of the year in 2025. The music in the mix is therefore pretty “full on” from the get-go. There are a few unreleased bits by Track & Trace, DJ Popup, Martinez, Central, Mandee and S.A.M. that I’d like to highlight."

Treating DJing as form of autobiography, the Maryland-based selector updates DJ /rupture's millennium-era blueprint “Gold Teeth Thief” for 2025.

Opening with a Mae Brussell sample on “utopian dreams,” the mix careens through Houston rap, 2002 era IDM, Bengali bass, reggaeton and an assortment of genre-defying pivots, building something that feels both reverent tribute and bold statement.

Music from Donovan Germain, DJ Hank, Clipse, Shinichi Atobe, Machinedrum, Nightwave, Clemency, Rachid Taha, Soul II Soul and more!
