I had the pleasure of spending an epic weekend with Dr. Jeff Donatello a couple of weeks ago. We rode our bikes through the Big Hole mountains near our home and flew over Yellowstone.

Episode 3: This week is all about the Metabolic Reset Program. We are nuts! We sit down today and talk about nuts. Why are they not allowed during the reduction phase? When is it ok to eat them? Nuts (not peanuts) are a great option when you are in dire straits (when you fail to plan).
