Lindsay Clancy is on trial in Massachusetts for the deaths of her three children, Cora, Dawson, and Callan, after prosecutors say she strangled them inside the family’s Duxbury home in January 2023. New court filings add yet another turn in the Ohio 16 case: Christina Siders is now asking for a competency evaluation and a bond modification, meaning three Siders adults are now tied to competency questions before trial. The July 28 motions argue Christina may not fully understand the proceedings or be able to assist in her defense, while also asking the court to release her from pretrial detention under modified bond conditions.
