Today’s episode is a special one - Hannah Mitchell's career story is super interesting (she fell into her many of her roles) and now she’s about to make a switch from accountant into educator for young people.

Her dream to be a facilitator of programs for teenagers that promote resilience, confidence and leadership skills inside and outside of the classroom.

At the start of our time coaching together, Hannah had two critical question she wanted answers to. Within the first few sessions she solved both and has a huge opportunity in the wings which you’ll about to hear about.

My favourite part of this episode is listening to Hannah’s determination to gain feedback on her ideas and find out what the needs are of the students and teachers - a critical process for her to know what problem she was solving, where the opportunities lay and think creatively as to how she could go about doing it without being a teacher initially. All of this while holding down a full-time job.

To leap into the zone of genius we must dis-solve the upper limit - this self imposed limit for feeling good and achieving a level of success, so we manufacture thoughts to feel bad and sabotage ourselves.
