This week we have a chocker full episode of absolute yumminess!

We are heading to Haddenham in Buckinghamshire to meet up with the winner of last year’s Thame Food Festival Bursary - Simon Hartley. We then zoom to Northern Ireland to chat with one of my favourite ladies - the gloriously funny, joyous and top chef, Paula McIntyre. Then we hop back to Bucks to talk to the Queen of Airfryers - Clare Andrews. Her new book and her love of the very popular Airfryer.
And of course they all have some wonderful 50 shades of food!

February 17, 2023 Hands Off Suzy! He's MY No 2 Boyfriend! Festivals, cocktails and Swedish midsummer.

As promised, we have a smorgasbord of delectable deliciousness for you this week.
The very bubbly, bright and joyous Suzy Pelta is joining us to chat about cakes, all things sweet and her hosting of our festival stages at Thame.
We have another fabulous encounter with the warm, funny and cocktail shaking Andy Clarke. A proper catch up. You’ll love it!
But first we zoom over to Sweden to chat with my lovely old friend Christina Gotzl whom I’ve known since I was just 19. We both worked in the restaurants of Oxford.

February 09, 2023 Fantastico Gennaro Contaldo! We go all Italian Foodie Fiesta! A tagliatelle of talent. A spaghetti of spectacular cooking. A ravioli of ravishing food!
The one and only and totally fabulous, Gennaro Contaldo will be joining us at Thame Food Festival this year on Saturday 30th September. Recently we spoke over zoom and his 50 shades of food is quite fabulous!
We chat to Rachel Blake who heads up our PR and Marketing at the festivals. Utterly professional and a complete delight to work with - we couldn’t do without her. She’s great fun and an integral part of our Festival family.
We both travelled to Cornwall recently - we love it there! A beautiful place which is our own personal mecca for food, drink and beaches. We ate in scrumptious places and met up with some of our lovely Festival friends who will be on future episodes of this podcast.
And the first of these lovely people is Ugo Massabo - The Cornish Italian.He started out selling his delicious and award winning TiramasUGO and then Covid hit so he diversified into Italian home delivered meals.
And now, he is now cooking up an Italian storm by the A390 in Cornwall! We met up with him and picked up some delicious supper!

What a spectacular episode we have for you this week! Janusz Domagala - semi finalist in the latest series of Great British Bake Off regales his time on set and tells us what happened with the mysterious spring roll!

We also meet Sarah Wyndham Lewis who is not only a Honey Sommelier, but much more than that - she is an advocate and activist for the bees. And boy, do the bees need her!

But first, let’s meet another member of our festival team. From the kitchen to the whole festival - Groucho covers it all on camera. He spends the set up days filming for the ‘how to put a festival together film’ then films all over the weekend - showing our festivals off in the best possible way.
He’s part of our festival family and we love having him around…he’s also pretty bloody brilliant at what he does!
