4:05pm- While speaking from Riyadh, President Donald Trump announced that Saudi Arabia will be investing $600 billion in the United States economy—focusing on technology development and including a $142 billion defense sales agreement. During one address, Trump stated of previous administration policies regarding the Middle East: "In the end, the so-called nation-builders wrecked far more nations than they built. And the interventionists were intervening in complex societies that they didn’t understand themselves."

4:15pm- During an interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News, President Donald Trump implored Iran to abandon their quest to develop nuclear weapons—noting that during his first administration, strict sanctions on Iran prevented them from funding terror efforts throughout the Middle East.

4:20pm- Should President Trump accept a $400 million plane from Qatar? According to reports, it would replace the current Air Force One—which is nearly 40 years old—and would eventually be gifted to the Trump Presidential Library after Trump leaves office in 2029. Appearing on Fox News, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said accepting the gift would be a violation of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution and is not worth even “the appearance of impropriety.”
