As today's show begins, President Trump is hosting Iraqi Prime Minister al-Zaidi in the Oval Office, praising his guest for how much he's done in a short period of timing. But that meeting is sure to be overshadowed by Trump's announcement just a short time ago that he's stepping back from his threat to levy tolls on ships coming through the Strait of Hormuz.
