When Maggie inquires whether a president has the authority to issue an executive order abolishing birthright citizenship, Professor Sobkowski firmly responds in the negative. We break news that a federal judge in Oregon just ruled that the president's Executive Order trying to do away with birthright citizenship is "blatantly unconstitutional."

Maggie then dissects and decimates Trump's other unconstitutional directives, including his attempts to threaten local law enforcement with up to a lifetime of imprisonment if they refuse to violate the constitution (10th Amendment, 4th, 5th, & 6th Amendment).
