Trump's long-time CFO Allen Weisselberg is in talks to plead guilty again, this time for allegedly lying on the witness stand at the former president's civil fraud trial. Plus, in another landmark trial, the mother of Oxford High School shooter Ethan Crumbley takes the stand in her own defense against involuntary manslaughter charges. And, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin faces reporters for the first time since his secretive hospital stay, apologizing for not telling the President, saying: “I did not handle this right”.
