From FeliciaArmstrong.com, What is a Reading?
"A beautiful communication with your unique helping spirits to receive messages that serve your highest good and illuminate your life's path.
For those looking for insight into a major life transition like moving, a career change, a health issue, or a relationship.
For those looking to understand their quirks and embrace their gifts both in acknowledging past lives and in learning about their astrological blueprint.
In other words, readings are great entry points to creating a deeper understanding of self, which leads to overall less struggle and more satisfaction."

What happens when you arrive an hour before closing time at the largest flower market in the U.S.? Well, there's nothing left.
It was disappointing not having any flowers to choose from. But my date turned around, when I went to Bea's Detroit and got to build my own drink (floral ice cubes!) and stumbled upon the most unusual sight on the drive home.

I took a turn, literally, and found myself walking along a lake I didn't know existed. I went for a walk on this week's date. Sounds basic, but I discovered something important about what I want in the future. Maybe you can relate?

I've passed this place for 2 years without knowing it existed. The weather changed and so did my plans. I didn't get my Turkish Lemonade, but I did discover some of the best smelling candles and playful casual clothes inside Late Bird, a women's boutique.
As mentioned, here are some suggestions for "loungewear that isn't tight," specifically joggers and lighter sweatpants.

I learned a bunch from the esthetician during my French facial, like what's the real purpose of toner and why you might not need all those fancy facial gadgets. I told her about this show and the purpose of solo dates. After hearing this, I learned she likes to make artfully designed "cakesicles!" All of us enjoy doing something. Go do the thing!
Also, Rivage Day Spa is generously doing a giveaway for listeners of this show. Listen in for the details and remember to email:

Exactly a year ago, amongst a crowd of 15,000 people, I watched Oprah speak on wellness and purpose. I was in Denver at the Pepsi Center for her 2020 Vision Tour. In this episode, I retell the story of my ultimate solo date—a weekend away. (And the funny now, but not at the time, travel fiasco!)

What's one thing you can do now, in March 2021 that would make you feel like your vision for March 2024 could happen?
This was proposed to me during my personal stylist group coaching call. It's my assignment this week; you can make it yours too!
For this episode's date, I got back into making an inspiration board, something I always used to do but haven't in years.

What do you think it's like inside a marijuana dispensary? Picture an Apple store + a chic hotel + french bakery. Really.
Listen in as I describe the scene and share the details of what I learned inside Lume Cannabis Co. Hint: This isn't Veronica, Kevin and Frank's weed operation sold through the Alibi. (Do you watch Shameless?)
