A UN agency has warned that an estimated 15-thousand pregnant women are among half of Gaza's population that is at the risk of an imminent famine.
The United Nations Population Fund attributes the situation to the continued Israeli blockade on life-saving aid to Gaza. The UNPF said that Israel has closed the doors to humanitarian aid and opened the gates to starvation in the territory. The agency added, the catastrophe is incomprehensible and entirely avoidable. The UN and other international aid agencies have repeatedly issued such warnings to Israel but to no avail. Israeli forces on the ground have rather attacked aid workers and Palestinians waiting for food assistance on numerous occasions. According to the UN, 254 aid workers have been killed since Israel launched its war on Gaza late last year.
Kevin Barrett, when you take a look at the story here, a UN agency warning about the pregnant women, that's a headline in itself. And then you have the fact that they're at risk of famine. That's another headline. I'm looking at this pier that the U.S. built, which I believe a quarter of it is now broken off and sailed off into Ashdod. Isn't that reflective of the type of disconnect from reality of the depth of the situation that the U.S. is in when it comes to how it could stop all of this from happening? We're giving up hope on the Israeli regime, by the way.
Kevin Barrett: Yes, the U.S. is showing complete incompetence or really much worse. It's actually showing that it is participating with genocidal intent in this genocidal campaign against Gaza. The pier breaking off does symbolize that incompetence, but just building the pier in the first place was obviously not really designed to deal with this situation. The United States could stop this catastrophe instantly with one phone call from the Biden White House ordering the Israelis to stop their genocide campaign, with the threat of everything that the United States could do to Israel theoretically, up to and including declaring war on this genocidal state as part of a relief operation. The United States theoretically could do all sorts of things.
But wouldn't have to go nearly that far. All it would have to do is threaten a reversal of longstanding U.S. support for Israel and a complete cessation of any funding and diplomatic efforts, and to support Palestine instead of Israel. The United States is supposed to be a sovereign country and theoretically could do all of those things. But instead, because the United States has been taken over by this neoconservative Zionist wing of foreign policy thinkers who are basically loyal to the extreme expansionist designs of the Likudniks in Israel, the United States has been completely complicit and has simply done these PR stunts, such as building a pier that just breaks off. Even if the pier were functioning, it wouldn't come even close to stopping this famine that, as we heard, is threatening the pregnant women of Gaza with utter starvation. The pier wouldn't fix that, even if it were functioning. It would at most allow a small proportion of what's needed in.
What's needed is to open the Rafah border crossing. There's plenty of aid waiting there. And the Israelis are blocking that. And the Americans can tell them to open it up any time that the United States wants to. But it apparently doesn't want to, making US leaders equally complicit in genocide. And this genocide campaign is deliberately targeting women and children. The Israelis have been very clear and blunt about this for years, that they are targeting Palestinian women and children. The IDF soldiers proudly wear one-shot, two-kills T-shirts showing an image of a pregnant Palestinian woman with a target on her belly. And Ayelet Sheked, the minister in Israel, has called for Israel to exterminate the so-called little snakes, meaning Palestinian children, as well as the mothers who bear them. And these are just a couple of examples of the clear genocidal intent to exterminate Palestinian women and children coming from the entire leadership class of the state of Israel, supported by the entire leadership class of the United States of America. Both of those leadership classes need to be arrested and put on trial for genocide, convicted and executed.
We know that the ICJ in particular and also the ICC now have obviously zoomed in on the Israeli regime in terms of issuing statements and condemnations, the latest from the ICC in terms of the arrest warrants. But don't you think that the focus should also be on the U.S.? If Israel is executing and is the gun that's shooting, the U.S. is providing the bullets. So shouldn't the U.S. also be held accountable in that respect and the focus to be on the U.S. ?
Sakina Dattoo: The U.S. is obviously accountable. However, expecting the U.S. to do anything to stop this genocide, I think, is asking too much. The U.S. is not an independent country anymore. It is run and controlled by the AIPAC, which is the Zionist lobby. The same can be said for here in the UK, because the friends of Israel are the ones who are controlling all the decision makers in the government here.
So I think what has been happening in the past years is a culmination. I think the world was sleeping not realizing how all the nations were being entrenched by this Zionist lobby. Today, we have reached such a stage that the world is just watching such a massacre. Every time you think that it can't get worse, it does. And Israel is acting with complete impunity, no matter what ICJ says, no matter what ICC says, no matter how many demonstrations around the world take place, and people asking for a genocide to stop, they're not going to listen to anybody because they have the support of the biggest nations around the world. And these nations themselves are also not independent. We here in the UK, all the activism, all the processions we've been leading up to, there is no way that the politicians who have taken huge sums of money from Israeli lobbies, that they are going to stop, for example, arms sales.
The same, I think, is in the US. I think at this stage now, the only solution I see is that people, in the streets in every part of the globe, need to take steps. They need to really push their governments. We need to make it impossible…And for those countries that have elections this year—we have elections in less than six weeks. the US has got elections—I think it is the people now who have to show their governments that we are not complicit with this and anyone who in any manner has been linked to the Zionist lobby, they are not going to be voted in. That is the only solution I see because I don't see the leadership of any of the Western countries, Arab countries, Muslim countries, I don't see any of them being able to do anything at all.
Rumble link Bitchute link FFWN post with links and information on E. Michael Jones’ “Dangers of Beauty” conference
The world stands aghast as the genocidal Zionist entity lashes out in its death throes, inflicting pointless mayhem on the civilians of Palestine and the leadership of Iran. And a collective global reaction is setting in. The International Criminal Court is seeking an arrest warrant for Netanyahu, the International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to withdraw from Rafah, and European countries are lining up to join the rest of the world in recognizing the state of Palestine.
Could the rebirth of the nation of Palestine coincide with, and signify, a re-emergence of morality in world affairs? That would be no small change. As False Flag Weekly News co-host and Culture Wars editor Dr. E. Michael Jones notes, the rulers of the Anglo-Zionist Empire believe that “truth is the opinion of the powerful”—and hold the same view of morality. That view is not entirely unfounded, since those rulers have long enjoyed sufficient power to impose their versions of truth and morality on the world. If the Jewish-Protestant American empire is “a preacher with a gun,” as Dr. Jones says, it has been preaching lies at gunpoint at least since it sanctified and immortalized war propaganda in the form of the sacred Holocaust narrative after World War II.
With the demise of the Soviet Union in 1989, the empire’s capacity to enshrine lies with force became virtually limitless. Truth and morality became, for all practical purposes, whatever the lying, immoral managers of empire said they were. Karl Rove famously mocked those who failed to notice this transition as “the reality-based community” and boasted (no doubt with a nod and a wink to the absurdity of the official story of 9/11) that “we create our own reality now.” (And our own morality with it, no doubt.)
The Zionists have gone the furthest in calling lies truth, and morality whatever they can get away with. While planning and perpetrating genocide for more than a century, and inflicting the most sadistic, unspeakable, often strategically superfluous tortures on anyone who gets in their way, the Zionists have cast themselves as quintessential victims. That long-running ruse, however, has reached its expiration date. With the genocide of Gaza, the mask has come off. The psychopathic serial killer has been unveiled.
Though the neocon Zionists still control the US empire, that empire no longer dominates the world the way it did just a decade ago. The Zionists have run it into the ground. By staging 9/11 as the PR launch for $7 trillion worth of criminal wars for Israel, the neocons hollowed out the US, rendering it morally as well as fiscally bankrupt, and diverting its attention from the economic rise of China, Russia, and other independent powers.
So why will the emerging multipolar world coincide with a return to morality? Because human beings are moral creatures. Like many other animals only more so, humans have an innate moral sense and experience shock, outrage, and the need to take action when moral norms are violated. Those natural reactions can be temporarily suppressed under certain conditions, notably pathocratic tyranny. And that is what we have been living under: the “absolute power corrupts absolutely” regime of the self-styled unipolar hegemon. As it comes apart, global power will become a complex process of negotiation involving many stakeholders, who will regularly appeal to the moral sense of their negotiating partners and adversaries.
Revenge for the Gaza Genocide: What Would Zionist-Style “Proportionality” Look Like?
The need for negotiations based on shared commitment to win-win outcomes, informed by universal morality rather than tribal egotism, may be illustrated by considering the alternative: an endless cycle of vengeance featuring ever-more-lethal technologies. Specifically, how might this play out in the Zionism-versus-Palestine conflict?
Prior to the October 7 al-Aqsa Storm raid, Israel had been steadily killing Palestinians, by the thousands, for decades. Palestinian retaliation had been relatively minor by comparison, inflicting less than 10% of the deaths and casualties on Israelis that the Zionists had inflicted on them.
The Al-Aqsa Storm concentration camp breakout killed about 1100 Israelis, roughly half of whom were active military, police, or security. Israel responded by indiscriminately flattening most of Gaza. As I write, the official Gaza death toll is over 36,000, meaning bodies extracted from rubble and identified, while unofficial estimates of the total dead exceed 200,000. Virtually all the Gaza victims are civilians, two thirds being women and children.
As a conservative estimate, Israel’s genocidal “retaliation” has killed 60 times as many civilians as died on October 7th (the majority of whom were probably killed by Israeli forces, not by Hamas). So if Palestine were to “retaliate” against Israel in the same way that Israel “retaliated” against Palestine, by raising the kill ratio by another 6000%, it would have to kill at least 2,160,000 Israelis.
And while the October 7 al-Aqsa Storm attack damaged or destroyed a few dozen Israeli buildings, Israel has completely destroyed the majority of Gaza’s buildings—well over 150,000 in total. That yields a ratio of somewhere between 100,000 to 1 and 10,000 to 1. So for the Palestinians to “retaliate” in the same way the Israelis supposedly did, they would have to destroy at least 1.5 billion Israeli buildings, far more than exist. The only way to come close to inflicting that scale of retaliatory damage would be to raze Israel to the ground and then nuke every major Western city where Jews live. (Western Jews and their cities might be considered legitimate targets because the West props up Israel, the state of all Jews no matter where they were born.)
(Traditional) Morality vs. the Revenge Cycle
The global anti-genocide pro-Palestine protests raise the prospect of invoking morality to stop the endlessly escalating revenge cycle. The students behind the biggest campus protests since the Vietnam era have nothing to gain, and much to lose, by taking a stand against the psychopathic genocidal killers who rule their declining civilization. Yet despite brutal repression by billionaire-incited police and thugs, and threats that they “will never work in this town again,” the students keep protesting.
Modern communications technology has allowed people to see things their rulers would prefer they didn’t, including war crimes happening on the other side of the world. Young people are beginning to care about what happens to far-away folks their grandparents wouldn’t have noticed. The 1948 Nakba (Palestinian holocaust) was little remarked at the time. Today’s Nakba 2, the genocide of Gaza, has galvanized the world’s attention, and national policies and international institutions are slowly—too slowly—swinging into action.
What most of the students probably don’t realize is that universal morality arguably depends on particular spiritual and religious traditions. It is the decline of those traditions that has brought us a world of “anything goes,” a world in which the strong can limitlessly prey on the weak and veil their crimes with lies. The neocon-run Anglo-Zionist empire’s attempt to use “creative destruction” of religions, nations, and families to clear the way for one-world global tyranny has run up against the emerging multipolar world, each pole of which demands the right to its own historical and religious identity. Iran and Russia are the two leaders in regard, but it may not be long before Confucian China and the non-Axis-of-Resistance Muslim countries likewise rediscover their spiritual roots. (Western Christianity strikes me as too far gone, but E. Michael Jones would no doubt insist that with God’s permission anything is possible.)
Will anti-genocide students follow the path blazed by people like E. Michael Jones, recognize that morality needs metaphysical grounding, and return to traditional religion? And if so, are all traditional religions equally viable?
Perennialism and the Middle Eastern Monotheisms
Perennialist traditionalism holds that all of the major revealed religions, and perhaps even some of the minor ones, provide different expressions of the same underlying universal truth. Islam says much the same thing, with the proviso that earlier religions were imperfectly preserved and transmitted, so the only extant religion that is well-preserved is…you guessed it…Islam.
As for Christianity, it has an even higher opinion of itself than Islam does. Traditional Christian doctrine, as opposed to some of its watered-down modern variants, does not see itself as just one expression of an underlying truth, but as THE truth without which salvation is well-nigh impossible.
One thing Muslims and Christians can agree on is that Jews—followers of the Hebrew scriptures who have rejected the universal messages of Jesus and Mohammed—are problematic. The Qur’an repeatedly references Jews obstinately persisting in sin, rejecting the universal message of the prophets (presumably preferring tribal and personal self-interest): “O Jews! If you claim to be God’s chosen people out of all humanity, then wish for death, if what you say is true. But they will never wish for that because of what their hands have done.” (62:6-7) The Jews are reluctant to meet their Maker, even though they claim to be “chosen,” because they know, consciously or unconsciously, that they have lived bad, selfish lives and will face a harsh judgment. So they turn away from eternity and focus instead on the goods of this world: “You shall surely find them more avid for (the) life (of this world) than all other men…” (2:96)
The Quran generally views Christians positively and Jews negatively: “You will surely find the most hostile towards the believers to be the Jews and polytheists and the nearest to them in friendship those who call themselves Christian. That is because there are priests and monks among them and because they are not arrogant.” (5:82) Even more strikingly, the Surah of Mary provides a harsh rebuke to the Jews’ calumnies against Jesus and his holy mother.
But what about the oft-cited (by Jewish media) Sura 5:51: “O you who believe! do not take the Jews and Christians for friends/allies; they are friends/allies of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend/ally, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people.” Since this verse might seem to contradict 5:82 among others, and since the Qur’an states that it is free of contradictions (4:82), the conflict between 5:51 and other verses requires us to agree with Sheikh Imran Hosein’s interpretation that “Jews and Christians” should be bracketed together. In other words, "do not take the [Jews and Christians] for friends/allies” means that when [Jews and Christians] band together, as the Christian Zionists and self-styled Judeo-Christians do today, they are the “unjust people,” as are those who ally with them.
Is It Still Legal to Say That?
Is it still legal to accurately summarize the Qur’an’s largely negative view of Jews? Probably. The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s Working Definition of Antisemitism, which governments are increasingly using to delegitimize and criminalize speech, does not address the Qur’an’s critiques of Jews and Judaism. But it does sanction “claims of Jews killing Jesus.” That gives Muslims, who believe along with Christians that Jews plotted to kill Jesus, but are not sure they succeeded, a plausible defense strategy.
The Qur’an says the Jews
“were condemned˺ for breaking their covenant, rejecting God’s signs, killing the prophets unjustly, and for saying, ‘Our hearts are unreceptive!’—it is God Who has sealed their hearts for their disbelief, so they do not believe except for a few—and for boasting, ‘We killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the messenger of God.’ But they neither killed nor crucified him—it was only made to appear so. Even those who argue for this (crucifixion) are in doubt. They have no knowledge whatsoever—only making assumptions. They certainly did not kill him.”
Though Qur’anic discourse on the crucifixion admits of various interpretations, including “the crucifixion like all evil was in some sense illusory, true reality being the Resurrection,” it doesn’t straightforwardly accuse Jews of killing Jesus the way Christian doctrine does. As Dr. Jones explained during this week’s False Flag Weekly News:
E. Michael Jones: Let's be perfectly clear here. Cut to the chase.
St. Paul in Thessalonians says the Jews are the people who killed Christ and they are enemies of the entire human race. There's no theologian in the world that can erase that from the Bible. It's the fundamental pillar of the Catholic faith, of the Christian faith, and it's there and it's not going to change. When St. Peter, in the Acts of the Apostles, walks into Jerusalem after Pentecost, he confronts the Jews and he says, “you killed Christ.”
What are these (IHRA-compliant) theologians thinking? That somehow we're going to forget that? That we can erase it? Well, actually, that is what's happening.
Kevin Barrett: There are a lot of Bibles out there. How are they going to get rid of all the Bibles? Go from motel room to motel room to get rid of all the Gideon Bibles?
E. Michael Jones: The point here is now you've got these anti-Semitism awareness acts that are going to be pushed to basically prosecute you if you quote the Bible. Now, that's a step too far.
Our Protestant brothers always are quoting the Bible. There's no jail big enough to incarcerate all these people. And so they're pushing the envelope to the point where it's going to backfire on them.
Something similar happened with a Washington Post story on Rabbi Solomon Friedman, who owns Pornhub. And the point of the article is, oh, well, then pornography must be OK.
No, what we derive from that is this. Your religion is not worthy of the term religion if one of its fundamental sacraments is abortion and the other one is pornography.
So you're losing credibility. You think you're winning the war. You win the battle and you're losing the war. They don't understand this.
Palestine: Holy Land of 2.5 Billion Christians, 2 Billion Muslims, and .015 Billion Jews
Of the world’s almost 8 billion people, more than half—roughly 4.5 billion—are universal monotheists. They view morality as equally applicable to everyone.
By contrast, one of every 333 adherents of Middle Eastern monotheism is a tribal monotheist. This vanishingly small fraction imagines itself to be “chosen by God” to lord it over the rest. Their unspoken slogan is “Our God Is Your God Too But He Has Chosen Us.” They hold themselves to very different moral standards—vastly lower ones. They shamelessly lie, cheat, steal, exploit, degrade, kill, and torture. But let one of their victims so much as raise a finger to defend himself, and they scream bloody murder. They proverbially cry out as they strike you.
This arrogant, psychopathic tribe has arrogated the whole Holy Land to itself. In the process, it has never stopped planning and committing genocide.
But now the world’s 4.5 billion universal monotheists, who have exactly the same rights to the Holy Land as the world’s 15 million Jews, are poised to reclaim those rights—supported by the world’s other 3.5 million people, who are becoming increasingly universalist in their moral outlook. Every time Israel threatens the war crimes prosecutor’s family, murders dozens of refugees in a tent city in a “safe space,” deliberately murders aid workers, journalists, and medical personnel, tortures children, and wildly celebrates its own deliberate murders of tens of thousands of children, the world increasingly realizes that the Jewish state is indeed “the enemy of all humanity.”
The rise of universalist Palestine in place of genocidal-tribalist Israel symbolizes the emergence of a universal moral order in which truth and morality are real, not just opinions of the powerful…a world in which all of the nations and tribes get to know one another and compete in doing good on an equal footing, resolving their differences in win-win negotiations rather than arrogant hegemonic dictates based on bogus claims of innate superiority.

Richard Gage, AIA, is best known for his work on controlled demolitions at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. Recently he has taken an interest in questions about what really happened during the Palestinian Resistance’s Al-Aqsa Storm operation on October 7, including speculation about Israeli foreknowledge. Richard has been invited to speak at the Red Pill Expo in Rapid City South Dakota on June 15/16 on “Gaza: the astounding parallels with 911.”
For my take on the limitations of Richard’s thesis, see “9/11 and October 7: Parallels—and Stark Differences.”
Excerpt:
Richard Gage: There are parallels…astounding parallels of Gaza and 9/11. And yeah, let's do get into it. I'll share my screen and we'll see what we can learn in addition to what you have shared. And maybe we'll find that what you have said is corroborated, Kevin.
One thing we... It takes courage to look at these facts, whether it's 9/11 or Gaza, because the facts betray common knowledge and official narratives and our own cognitive dissonance. We've all had to overcome our worldview, me certainly as an architect, confronting the hellscape of three skyscrapers coming down to with almost 3000 people in them. So yeah, we're going to be taking a deep dive and finding out what these parallels are and who's complicit.
This nine 11 moment of Israel's: Curiously, in the context of what you've said, they had a bit of their own 9-11 moment back in 2001 as well. These events forced radical changes politically, economically, and geopolitically. So we have to ask the question, were these the intended outcomes, and the process through which they were derived an artificial one? That's what we're gonna be looking at today.
We have to look for patterns, connect the dots, and ask questions fearlessly. Questions like, what always follows these types of events? There's a common denominator, war: an intended outcome. What triggers war historically? False flag events.
Let's look at false flag events: A political or military action that's made to appear to have been carried out by a group that's not actually responsible. This is actually in the dictionary. This isn't conspiracy theory lore. This is well documented.
Academic Lance de Haven Smith defines something even greater in terms of scope: State crimes against democracy, SCADs. In contrast to conspiracy theories, he says, which speculate about each suspicious event in isolation, the SCAD construct delineates a general category of criminality and calls for crimes that fit this category to be examined comparatively. SCADs often appear where presidential politics and foreign policy intersect. SCADs differ from earlier forms of political corruption in that they frequently
SCADs differ from earlier forms of political corruption in that they frequently involve political, military, and/or economic elites at the very highest levels of the social and political order.
So do the events of 9-11 and Gaza share any of these SCAD features? It turns out that they do. Because what they do is they create a problem, right? And part of that is parallel number one, previously established geostrategic goals coveting the natural resources of the target territory.
There's one part of a SCAD parallel to a rich history of recent and historic false flag operations.
Parallel three, politically useful controlled patsies. This is where Kevin and I will have some disagreement and some discussion on this. (Unlike Hamas and its Resistance partners, Al-Qaeda was a purely synthetic patsy, not a legitimate resistance group. -KB)
Parallel four, a triggering event, an innovative attack with dubious origins, a manufactured invasion from foreign operatives.
Parallel five, a catastrophic intelligence failure,
Parallel six, a military stand down with an obvious uncharacteristic delay in response.
Parallel seven, foreknowledge of the attacks.
Parallel eight, uncontrolled delight during the attacks, i.e. dancing Israelis on 9/11.
Kevin Barrett: Wait, Richard, were there dancing Israelis on October 7th too?
Richard Gage: Yes, and I'm going to show them to you...

On-scene reporting specialist Brett Redmayne-Titley discusses his new article “UC’s War For Your Mind?: Students Defeat Cops in Opening Battle.” It provides an in-depth look at one of the more than 100 protests/encampments that have sprung up on American campuses protesting the genocide of Gaza: “On the weekend of April 27, 2024, UC/ San Diego campus administrators got wind that Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) was going to set up an ‘encampment’ at a point yet unknown. They had been waiting for this opening salvo of the constant of conscience and its visual appeal—tents—to finally come to their campus. For months, they had previously been summoned to meetings at UC Davis, UC Los Angeles, and UC Berkeley to, in part and priority, address the growing student awakening…And how to stop it.”
Brett Redmayne-Titley is the author of THERE! On-Scene Reporting from a World Gone Mad.: From Ukraine to Moldova, Erdogan’s Turkey to Hizbullah’s Lebanon, the US Police Killing of Evan Quik and Further Down the Rabbit Hole of Media Lies. His work is archived at WatchingRomeBurn.uk.
The interview begins:
B R-T: We're dealing with a very moral issue here, one that I coined as the constant of conscience. I think that anyone who has the constant of conscience understands that this is indeed genocide and it has to stop. Certainly the ICJ this morning said the same thing. We're going to see the same thing from the ICC very shortly.
But the students are ahead of the curve. In my articles, I use the analogy to Occupy, which as you probably remember, Kevin, I was very well invested in, actually living in the camps with the protesters, writing many articles. I believe I wrote more about Occupy than any other journalist in America because I was so invested in the organization and was very enthusiastic about it. It was a grassroots organization that was indeed really all-inclusive.
And the all-inclusive nature of it sold itself to the general public. It was why Obama ruined and destroyed the camps. The camps, just like they are today at the universities, are a means of coalescence against genocide. And because it's very effective as a visual means of protest and a visual means of coalescing further in additional protests, the administration is furious, as they are about the ICJ decision. today.
We're not allowed to protest genocide. We're merely allowed to accept this new definition that's being pro-offered to the students and forced down their throats, regardless of the realities in Gaza.
I've been privy to a lot of what's taken place at an administrative level, and I'm afraid I cannot disclose how I'm able to do that. I can just assure your listeners that my information does come from the sources at the administrative level. Collectively, I can say that the administration doesn't give a damn about the students and their protests. They want it to stop now because they're getting their orders from the UC Regents Office, and the UC Regents Office is fervently, vociferously Zionist. And they want this to stop because it will coalesce into the streets soon with the American people now rising up against the genocide.

The massive turnout across Iran mourning the martyred president Ebrahim Raisi exposed the lies of Zionist-owned Western media, which absurdly claimed Raisi was unpopular in his own country. Compare the turnout at Raisi's funeral to what would happen if Joe Biden fell down the Air Force One stairs and hit his head and died and had a funeral. Would even Biden's dog show up?
Six years ago I spoke at a conference in Iran headlined by Ebrahim Raisi. That was three years before he was elected president. When I got a chance to shake his hand, little did I know that I was shaking hands with a future president and martyr. Here are a couple of pictures from that event.
Below is my 5-22-24 interview with the Islamic Republic of Iran News Network.
IRINN: As the first question, what's your assessment of the funeral for Iran's martyred president? Yesterday it was in Tabriz and Qom, and today we had a funeral in Tehran. Millions of people pulled out to the streets for the funeral. What signal does this image send to the world?
Kevin Barrett: Well, this informs the world that the Western media is mean-spirited and lying in their coverage of everything having to do with the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Western media has done everything it can to try to darken the name of these martyrs and insult them. They've made up all kinds of slanderous reports and tried to claim that Iranians don't love their martyred leaders. And these images prove the contrary. We see huge crowds. In fact, even Western media, when they covered (the huge funeral processions)—and they're having a hard time covering this because it contradicts the false narrative that they've been portraying. But they have had to use words like “huge crowds, overwhelming crowds.” They try to downplay the numbers, but they ultimately fail.
And the reason for this is that the Western propaganda machine is living in a bubble of its own creation of false facts and misinformation. And clearly, the Iranian nation loved and mourns these martyrs, President Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian. And I can promise you that if Joe Biden's helicopter crashed, that there would not be a crowd remotely like that, because Americans only vote for Biden because they hate Trump worse.
So this has essentially exposed the Western media as a group of pathological liars, and they are now regrouping and licking their wounds.
As an external observer of the endurance of all these hardships for the Iranian nation, you've seen those sanctions, assassinations, wars, and other incidents, including those in recent years (including) the maximum pressure campaign by the United States and also Joe Biden's pressure on the Iranian government.
But after the Iranian president dies, the people of Iran come to the streets in millions. How do you see this tolerance and this endurance of the Iranian nation?
The Iranian nation is playing a heroic role on the world stage. It is standing up for the people of Palestine in a way that no other major nation has done. And it's leading the forces pushing for a more just multipolar world. And these positions expose the leaders of Iran and some of the people of Iran—scientists, ordinary people who get caught up in the terror attacks backed by the Western powers—it exposes Iranians to danger.
But the people of Iran are part of a great Islamic culture that ultimately fears displeasing God more than it fears death. And the Quran in Surah Al-Baqarah tells us, “never say that those martyred in the cause of God are dead. In fact, they are alive, but you don't perceive it.”And that understanding permeates the Islamic Republic of Iran.
And therefore, these brave leaders like President Raisi and others that we know were assassinated, like General Zahedi and general, Muhammad Hadi Haji Rahimi, who the Zionists boasted about killing—there's a long list of martyrs going back to the establishment of the Islamic Republic. And that's a tribute to the Iranian nation's willingness to stand up for what's right, even if it puts themselves at risk.
And again, all true Muslims feel that way. That is, dying in the cause of God for doing the right thing is the best possible way to die. And so all we can say is that we have to admire the spirit and the true faith and piety of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its leadership. And we have to feel the same way about the people of Iran, who are all willing to accept these risks that come with doing the right thing and supporting a leadership that does the right thing, and who come out by the millions to mourn when their leaders are martyred.
And the last question: One of the dimensions of the recent developments has been the reactions of different countries to the death of President Raisi and Amir Abdullahi. And today over close to 60 foreign delegations attended Tehran to pay tribute to them. What do you think about this dimension?
It's wonderful to see the new multipolar world emerging with more and more nations courageous enough to stand up to the satanic Western powers and to come and participate in these funerals among the millions of people. And we've seen that even Turkey, which is part of the NATO alliance, sent its high level representative, as did many other regional countries. And, of course, Russia.
The reactions from from the West, including the horrific—a kind of celebrating of these deaths from Israel—are so distasteful. And likewise, even the United States and some of the European countries were very perfunctory in expressing whatever sentiments they had about this.
And so what we're seeing is that more and more nations in the world are respecting the Islamic Republic of Iran and its courageous leadership and are willing to take at least a few steps in the direction of following that example and eventually hoping to reach genuine sovereignty and independence, which is the status that Iran reached back in 1979.
Below is a slightly condensed and edited transcript of today’s interview with Richie Allen.
Richie Allen: The Israelis say, “not us, we didn't do it.” I'm inclined to not know what to think. I'm looking for motivation. And I'm thinking, well, Khamenei will just find another guy like the president and nothing will change. What say you?
Kevin Barrett: Well, I think Israel did it, Richie, and they are the world's most outrageous psychopathic liars. So anything they deny can be taken as confirmation.
Richie Allen: But have you any proof that Israel did it?
Kevin Barrett: Of course not. That's way above my pay grade.
Richie Allen: You know, I'm not being silly or childish when I ask that. But, you know, Israel has been blamed for it. from everything from September the 11th—
Kevin Barrett: Which they did.
Richie Allen: —to the (7/7/2005) bombings in London—
Kevin Barrett: Which they did.
Richie Allen: —to guys slipping on banana skins in Manchester on a Saturday night coming out of the pub.
Kevin Barrett: I’m not so sure about that one.
Richie Allen: They will say, where's the proof and where's the motivation? What do we have to gain by killing the Iranian president? What would they gain?
Kevin Barrett: Well, they're extremely desperate right now. Their genocide in Gaza is getting them nowhere. They've fallen into a trap of their own making through the crazed rage that was their response to the very successful raid by Hamas on October 7th. And so they've been busily slaughtering women and children ever since, but they're still losing the military fight. And the world has turned against them. Netanyahu in particular and his faction will only stay in power if they can keep this war getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
And Iran is their major adversary. They've been trying to drag the United States into an all-out war with Iran since 9/11, which was designed to take out seven countries in five years. And by far the most important was number seven, Iran. And they tried everything from stealing American nuclear weapons with the complicity of then Vice President Dick Cheney towards the end of the Bush-Cheney regime—They've tried everything in the book.
And now Netanyahu and his friends are going down. They need to turn this into World War III. They need to drag the U.S. into their war against Iran. And by murdering the Iranian president, they guarantee that Iran, once it determines that that's what happened, is going to have to retaliate. And that, of course, could be spun as the provocation that leads to the war.
Richie Allen: Why are we not hearing from any sources inside the Iranian government that there is a belief that Israel was involved? Because it usually doesn't take them too long to come out and throw accusations at Israel. So why have they taken so long? Why haven't we heard from somebody in officialdom there, Kevin? Why not now?
Kevin Barrett: Well, they're probably weighing their options. What they've said is that they've called it martyrdom. Now, you're not a martyr if you just die in a crash. You're a martyr if somebody kills you. So they have already essentially stated that the enemy or the enemies of Iran did this, by calling it a martyrdom.
As far as making it more explicit and calling out Israel directly, well, that's all-out war. And they're going to have to figure out how to make the war happen or do their retaliation in a way that works for them. If they announce it right now, then they're obligated to strike Israel instantly. And then Israel, of course, knows that, and they'll probably strike Iran first. And that may not be the best way for Iran to win the war.
Richie Allen: I heard a pro-Iranian commentator on BBC Radio this morning, and he made two very interesting points. So the weather and visibility was really bad. That's number one. But number two, he lamented the fact that the economic sanctions on Iran have been so severe in recent years. And I don't agree with them, of course. That's just my opinion. But they can even impact on things like aeronautical safety—airplane travel safety and helicopter safety. And he seemed satisfied that it was the weather and maybe, just maybe, the helicopter itself wasn't up to scratch. That's a fair point. We can't discount that, right?
Kevin Barrett: When people blame things like this (on the weather)—for instance, when Paul Wellstone's plane went down in 2002…
Richie Allen: Remind us about Paul Wellstone.
Kevin Barrett: Paul Wellstone was a great Jewish-American hero. He was a senator from Minnesota, and he was a friend of my then senator from Wisconsin, Russ Feingold, another relatively decent Jewish political leader in the United States. Wellstone was the bravest political leader in the United States. He had dedicated himself publicly to stopping the Bush-Cheney regime's war on Iraq, and he had privately been determined to investigate 9/11, to get to the truth. He knew the official story was false. And Cheney threatened him, told him to back down or there would be the most severe possible consequences for him personally as well as for the state of Minnesota. Less than a week later, Wellstone's plane went down and the media claimed that there was bad weather. There wasn't, it was a lie. The entire global mainstream media lied and claimed that there was bad weather when there was not. And we now know that that plane crash was caused by a van in the woods with a kind of a radiation weapon or something that fried the plane's electronics and maybe the pilot as well.
Plane crashes are the favorite way of the criminals that run our world to take out political opponents. John Perkins, in his book Confessions of an Economic Hitman, describes how he personally was acquainted with some of the so-called “asteroids,” who are the experts in causing plane crashes that killed a number of leaders that Perkins had dealt with, including his close personal friends, including the president of Ecuador, among others.
It's true that in this case (of the Raisi assassination), unlike in Minnesota when Wellstone's plane went down, there really was some bad weather. There was fog. However that doesn't mean that somebody didn't take advantage of that to cause the plane crash. These (high-level) assassinations are opportunistic. John F. Kennedy was going to be ambushed in Florida first and they called that off. And if they hadn't gotten him in Dallas they had it all set up, as a secret service whistleblower (Abraham Bolden) has talked about, that black secret service whistleblower they were going to whack him in Chicago. But they got him in Dallas.
So assassinations are opportunistic. Somebody saw that there was bad weather, and they took that opportunity. As far as bad aeronautics and plane parts, it's true that Iran is a much more dangerous place to fly than most other countries because of the sanctions. However, what that means is that you have a less than one in a million chance of going down when you fly somewhere else, and you have maybe a one in 100,000 chance of going down when you're in Iran.
So the odds that of these three planes coming back from this meeting at the border of Iran and Azerbaijan, and the one that just happened to go down happens to be Raisi's plane, kills his foreign minister, Hussein Amirabdollahian, as well. The odds of that are very, very, very low. I think we can be reasonably certain that this was a Zionist murder.

Richie Allen: Do you stop yourself and check, like anybody would, whether it's a radio presenter who goes back to listen to his or her broadcast to look for patterns where they might be repeating themselves or doing something which is a bit annoying or whatever. Maybe I should do it more, my listeners might say. But do you check, Kevin? I would venture that you positively hate the state of Israel. Could that colour your critique of geopolitical events in the region could it color your understanding of these events. Because you've openly said on many times on the program over the years you have absolutely no time for the state of Israel. Fo you have to watch that confirmation bias?
Kevin Barrett: Well yeah, I try to. And I certainly see all kinds of decent people coming out of Israel. Most of them have left. But just because people are Israelis doesn't mean I necessarily dislike them. And even more so, that's the case with Jewish people. So, yeah, I want to make sure that I'm not falsely judging people. I have a lot of Jewish friends and regular radio guests who are reasonable, decent individuals who also have found their way out of this Jewish tribalism that created Israel and that's creating so many problems in the world.
But I think that you have to face reality. And righteous anger is a kind of accurate perception of reality. If you had a neighbor and you watched every day as your neighbor goes out into his backyard with another kid that he's kidnapped and he rapes and murders the kid and you watch and you can't do anything about it because the police are on his side and you see it over and over and over, you're going to hate the neighbor.
And you're going to have certain expectations about his behavior and you're going to plan about “what can we do to stop this, to get rid of this guy?” That's how any halfway decent and reasonably aware person has to feel about the state of Israel.
Richie Allen: I've said this before on the program, but I know there are new people listening all the time. It's my opinion. I mean, we all went to school. We all remember the big bully who was a bit stupid and there was always a little guy with him who was a bit more intelligent and could carry on and do some nasty things because he had the support of the bully.
Look, it's my belief that the governments of the United States, the UK, and I'm talking about governments over the last 60, 70 years, and France, have committed far more atrocities than I could list. These countries, have caused more misery, more carnage, more death, more disease, more famine than Israel has ever done. Do you have the same antipathy you have for Israel? Do you have the same antipathy for the United States, France, and Great Britain? Be honest now.
Kevin Barrett: Well, not so much, because I don't think that France, the United States or Great Britain, as a whole nation, has singlehandedly dedicated itself to genocide and to just ruthless, brutal, ugly, Machiavellian, sadistic behavior at every level the way Israel has. The US, for example, is a very big country of 300 million people. It's appointed itself an empire. It's all over the world doing all kinds of things that range from bad to atrocious, but also some somewhat decent things. The United States is a mixed bag.
Ultimately I guess I would agree with the supreme leadership of iran that the United States is the great satan. However, I think it's not as pure and distilled a Satan as Israel is, because all Israel is is just a euphemism for the genocide of Palestine. That's all it is. Israel is genocide. It always has been. And they have adopted the most obscene, disgusting, horrific tactics of lies and murder and torture and sadistic behavior at every possible level. They have embraced Satanism as their state policy and as their flag, as their raison d'etre. That's what they are. Israel is pure distilled evil, pure distilled Satanism, in a way that these other countries are not.
Richie Allen: What do you make then of Kareem Khan, the special prosecutor at the ICC? He's ordered the arrest warrants of Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas's leader in Gaza. What's your reaction to that?
Kevin Barrett: This equating of the victim and the executioner, the torturer and his victim, and indicting them both to try to pretend to be even-handed, is disgusting. It's sickening.
The reality is that Hamas and its leadership are absolute heroes. There's nobody more heroic on Earth than those people.
Richie Allen: I don't agree.
Kevin Barrett: I know you don't, but you're wrong.
Richie Allen: No, no. They're murderers, Kevin. They murder just as much as the IDF. Well, they don't murder like the IDF, but they murder. And look, I know about friendly fire. I know about the bizarre circumstances of October 7th. But young people were murdered by Hamas and there are people being held by them now. That's not heroic. That's evil, Kevin. Do you think God likes that? I know you're a devout Muslim and I have great respect for you and for your faith. I really do. You know me, I don't patronise anybody. I certainly don't patronise you. Do you think God likes that, Kevin? Do you think God likes the Jews are being held by Hamas, regardless of what went on before that? What do you think God would say? I don't think he'd like it.
Kevin Barrett: God says in the Quran that people have the right—not only have the right, but they're commanded to fight against those who invade their land and steal their homes. And under international law, which I think is very much in line with religious rules in this particular case, victims of occupation—and this is a lot worse than occupation, Richie, this is genocide—but even if it's just occupation, the victims of occupation have the right to use military force, meaning kill people, to get rid of the occupation. They have every right to kill soldiers and settlers that are occupying their lands, which in this case is all of the so-called Israelis.
Every Jew in Israel—with the exceptions of the parasitical leeches who get exemptions because they're supposedly religious students studying how to boil Jesus forever in excrement and how to blow up the Masjid al-Aqsa and usher in the reign of the Antichrist—every other Jew in Israel performs required military service. So every adult Jew in Israel is a soldier as well as a settler. And they are legitimate targets and they should be killed.
Richie Allen: Every Jew in Israel is, as an adult, is the result of the brainwashing they were exposed to and that was inflicted on them when they were children. I've said this on the programme before, not to you, Kevin, and it's never popular. People don't like it. These people are victims. You take any child. I saw that Finkelstein documentary years ago. It horrified me. It woke me up. to what they do to children, not just in Israel, but in other parts of the world, in some Islamic countries too, brainwashing children. They don't have any hope really, do they? Growing up like that. But look, I've always said it, I would have been a supporter of the IRA in the six counties and elsewhere if they'd attacked British garrisons, if they'd attacked soldiers and even fought back against the RUC as it was then, the Royal Ulster Constabulary. The minute they started killing innocent people, unarmed people, I say, no, I'm not having any of that. And that's how I feel about Hamas.
Kevin Barrett: They don't do that, Richie. They didn't do that. That's a lie. You're accepting the lies about October 7th.
Richie Allen: No, listen, I am capable of making my own mind up and not being influenced by the mainstream media. They did shoot at people in houses on that fence line and they did kill unarmed people. They did, Kevin. I'd have no problems if they were attacking the IDF.
Kevin Barrett: That's what they did. They broke through the fence and they attacked the IDF.
The one place where there may have been significant numbers of war crimes committed on that day is at the music festival. And it appears that the reason for that is that the music festival was moved there two days before. And Hamas had no idea that it was going to be there. So when they when they got there, there were of course, there were armed guards there. There are a lot a lot of people carrying weapons in Israel. So there was a firefight, but then it appears that the Hamas gunman may have fired indiscriminately into a fleeing crowd. That would be a war crime, and the people that did that should be prosecuted for war crimes.
However, that's a tiny fraction of what went on on October 7th. And it was not ordered by the leadership. The Hamas leadership gave no orders whatsoever to kill any civilians who weren't fighting back, least of all children.
And this b******t about the rapes and all the babies baked in ovens, the propagandists who put that out really all need to be put on trial for propaganda for genocide and convicted and executed.
Richie Allen: Absolutely. The lies told in the wake of it. Monstrous lies, I agree with you 100%.
You're listening to Kevin Barrett, kevinbarrett.substack.com, old friend of the programmes. Love these back and forths with Kevin. Tell me this, let's leave it here. Are we going to be observing this kind of thing for the rest of our lives, Kevin? I mean, not just in Gaza, but you know what's happening in Yemen. There are similar things going on in Africa, in the Far East. This is supposed to be the age of enlightenment, Kevin. You know, why can't people be like you and me? Why can't people be like your lovely better half Rabia? Why can't people, you know, disavow guns and grenades and bombs? Are we doomed to be looking at this? I suppose we're relatively fortunate because we don't have to put up with it. I'm not running tonight. I'm not running from a gunman or running from an airplane. Is there some better future ahead, Kevin? Or is this it for us forever?
Kevin Barrett: I don't have any special insight into the future. But I do know that we really need to change our ways, that war has been a human institution for so long. And it's outmoded now that the weapons have reached the point that they have the technology of weaponry and of social control that becomes uglier with the development of weaponry and with war economies and war societies. It's gotten so bad that we're going to have a nightmare future if we can't shift gears and get off this path of endless war.
But the Zionist way of seeing the world is one of endless war. They are Machiavellians, neoconservatives. They say what life is all about is purely this world. There's no reward or punishment in the hereafter. There are no ethics, no goodness. Nothing like that. It's all a big fight of us versus them. That's how they see the world. And they think that the good life is joining with other people in your tribe to use all means, fair or foul, preferably foul in many cases, to have your tribe beat the other tribe and do so in the most sadistic way possible. That's their philosophy. That's who they are. And that needs to end.
Richie Allen: You could say the same about the neoconservatives, couldn't you? If I hold on to a little bit of optimism, it's around the fact that I've seen some protests here in Salford and in Manchester against the genocide in Gaza, which of course is genocide, crimes against humanity, unspeakable evil, in my opinion. And yet you see so many lovely Jewish men and women there, with their children standing alongside British Pakistanis and British Sikhs and British Indian people. And that gives me a little bit of hope, Kevin. People don't want this stuff. It's a tiny, tiny minority. It's not just Zionists. It's neocons and it's other groups as well. The great majority of the 7 billion people on this planet want to earn enough to pay their way, their mortgage, their rent, to have a good life for their children and have a couple of holidays a year, Kevin. How can it be? 99.99% of us just want to be left alone. And yet the ideologies of a tiny, tiny few keep winning the day. Final word to you.
Kevin Barrett: I think it's a test from God. Ultimately, that's what we are. That's what life really is about. It's not so much about what we can do in this world, but it's how we react to the challenges of this world as we go to the next world. And people who risk their lives and ultimately even those who give up their lives standing up for what's right, whether it's peacefully or otherwise, I believe have passed that test. So God bless the President Ibrahim Raisi and Hossein Amirabdollahian and the others who were on that helicopter. They're martyrs in paradise now, as will be everybody else who stands up to the Zionist shayateen.
Richie Allen: These are dangerous times, aren't they, my friend? The next few weeks and months are going to be interesting as a cliche, but they're worrying times. Thanks for coming on. kevinbarrett.substack.com.

Prof. Anthony Hall returns to discuss his new article “Grave Error on Alleged Mass Graves in Canada.” Excerpt: “In recent months mass graves were created along with the Israeli occupation and destruction of hospitals in Gaza. These grave sites are being dug up between rounds of Israeli bombing of Palestinian civilians. The evidence of mutilated humans coming out of Gaza’s mass graves have reportedly contained evidence of organ removal, handcuffing of doctors and patients, as well as point-blank executions including shots to the head.”
Did anything remotely similar happen in Canadian residential schools? The book Grave Error: How the Media Misled Us (and the Truth About Residential Schools) says “no.” Prof. Hall, an expert on indigenous issues, tentatively concurs: :
“The authors of Grave Error’s prove that a solid evidentiary basis has not been established to support the new thesis that mass murder and mass graves constitute an integral part of the history of Indian residential schools in Canada. I do not agree, however, that these findings preclude the need to look at the possible role of various forms of genocidal activity in the transformation of northern North America from pre-Columbian times to the Canada that exists today.”
Is the cancelation of “mass grave deniers” like Frances Widdowson a threat to academic freedom? Tune in and see what Tony Hall thinks.
From the interview:
Anthony Hall: In Canada, Indian people had treaty agreements with the Crown that they would have education provided. By the late 1800s and throughout much of the 20th century, this education was provided in schools where Indian people lived. And then it started to come out a couple of decades ago that a lot of child abuse happened in these institutions, that there were rapes and just very ghastly things that happened.
But it took a leap forward in 2021, when there was an announcement that mass graves had been discovered adjacent to the Kamloops Indian Residential School. And mass graves—we see the implications in Gaza. Mass graves often point to genocide.
And suddenly there is this conception put out, and it was very quickly adopted by the government, by the media, that this was in fact true. And of course, if there are mass graves, unmarked mass graves, there's mass murder to go with it—secretive, surreptitious murder.
So suddenly the record of Canadian history—and certainly, you know, one of the obvious dark spots in Canadian history, like every other New World country, is the treatment of Indigenous people And we see this in Gaza, where there's this phrase called settler colonialism.
And so there was a very quick jumping on the bandwagon. What had happened at the Kamloops Indian Band was the chief had made an announcement, had done some kind of ground-penetrating radar, and something had showed up. Now, ground-penetrating radar isn't like doing an X-ray, where you see outlines of specific things. There was evidence that something was under the ground in this area, but that's it.
But somehow it was just announced that a mass grave had been discovered. And lo and behold, the New York Times is covering it, the Washington Post is covering it. Every media outlet is covering it. Next thing you know, Trudeau shows up, starts handing out money.

Last Wednesday, May 15, Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico was shot five times as he emerged from a government meeting in Handlova, 90 miles from the capital Bratislava. Western mainstream media united in labeling the would-be assassin a “lone wolf,” echoing the phrase of Interior Minister Matus Sutaj Estok at the post-shooting press conference.
Skeptics quickly noted that Fico was the sort of leader that powerful forces might want to eliminate. The anti-Russian site Meduza seemingly agreed: “Since Robert Fico assumed his fourth term as Slovakia’s Prime Minister in October 2023, he has called Ukraine ‘one of the most corrupt countries in the world,’ stopped arms shipments to Ukraine’s Armed Forces, and promised to block E.U. aid to Kyiv.” The article approvingly cited expert opinion that Fico’s “statements about Ukraine mobilize radical segments of society.” Western mainstream media has been promoting the same theme, implying that the “radicalization” behind the shooting was Fico’s own fault.
Additionally, COVID dissident Meryl Nass noted that Fico is “ the first head of state in 2024 to openly reject the WHO’s 2 treaties…Remember too, Tedros was just in Slovakia to try and turn Mr. Fico.” Those who see the World Health Organization’s push for pandemic treaties as a back door to world government are naturally suspicious. They also note that Fico, following Hungary’s Victor Orban, is anti-immigration as well as anti-Ukraine-war.
Maybe it’s just a coincidence that a rare European assassination attempt happened to target a leader viewed as problematic by Deep State elites. The would-be assassin, a former security guard and uncelebrated versifier, might very well be a lone nut, or lone wolf, or lone poet, or lone-whatever-you-want-to-call-him.
Whatever the truth about the Fico shooting, it’s undeniable that history-changing attacks dubiously attributed to lone nuts have a rich history, especially in Eastern Europe. And last Wednesday, when Fico got shot, I was in the right place to meditate on that theme: The Hungarian National Museum in Budapest. The National Museum is arranged so as to present Hungary’s history from prehistoric times to the present. It’s a visual depiction, in the form of artifacts and images, of the narrative of Hungarian national identity.
Hungary’s sense of identity is unusually intense, perhaps due to its peculiar language. While its ex-Yugoslav (southern Slav) neighbors quarrel in the same language—Serbs, Bosnians, Croats, and Montenegrins can understand each other, for better or worse—Hungarians speak a peculiar tongue that is not even in the Indo-European family.
One of the reasons Hungary keeps electing “right-wing nationalist” Viktor Orban is a certain irredentism that grows out of the massive loss of national territory resulting from choosing the wrong side in the 20th century’s world wars. The 1920 Treaty of Trianon left Hungary with only 28% of its pre-war territory and 36% of its pre-war population, and those borders haven’t changed much since. If we accept the official story that World War I was caused by a lone nut, or wolf, who just happened to assassinate Archduke Ferdinand, present-day Hungarians can blame one crazy “radicalized” individual, Gavrilo Princip, for the extreme truncation of what used to be their nation.
But the famous assassination of the Archduke wasn’t the only history-steering “lone nut” shooting in 20th century Eastern Europe attributed to a radical Serb. Another was the 1928 killing of Croatian nationalist leader Stjepan Radić, which enflamed Croatian nationalism and the factional violence that would flare up around World War II and re-emerge in the 1990s Balkan Wars. As Wikipedia explains: “Following the political crisis triggered by the shooting, in January 1929, King Aleksandar Karađorđević abolished the constitution, dissolved the parliament, banned all ethnic, regional and religious political parties, and declared a royal dictatorship.”
Since the Radić shooting conveniently allowed King Aleksandar to consolidate power, “conspiracy theorists”—meaning those familiar with the phrase cui bono—have often wondered whether the king or his associates might have been behind it. When I posed that question during a guided “war tour” of Zagreb, Croatia last week, the tour guide, a local historian, noted that a great many people credit that theory, and that it did not strike her as implausible.
If King Aleksandar really was behind the Radić killing, he got a taste of his own medicine six years later, when another radicalized lunatic, Vlado Chernozemski, shot the king dead in Marseille. But while Chernozemski may have been a nut, or a wolf, or a poet, or whatever, and was certainly radicalized, he wasn’t especially lonely. A professional assassin originally in the pay of Macedonian and Bulgarian terrorists, Chernozemski was convicted and imprisoned, released in 1932, and immediately went back to work as an instructor for the Croatian terrorist group Ustaše, with which he was still associated when he shot Aleksandar.
When Will a Lone Nut Kill a Leader with a Drone?
Since assassinations can alter power relations and change history, powerful forces that stand to benefit have every reason to conduct them—preferably with “plausible deniability.” Terrorist groups are often cut-outs for state actors and/or wealthy individuals and groups, and the same is presumably true of lone nuts and wolves, as well as the patsies presented to us as such.
Conveniently, Fico’s alleged would-be assassin, Juraj Cintula, reverted to type and used a gun from close range, making his arrest easy and inevitable. But guns are an increasingly obsolete assassination technology. An assassin who hoped to have a chance of not getting caught, at least not right away—and who needed to penetrate tight security—might be expected to eschew guns and use a drone instead. For some reason this hasn’t happened yet. As Google’s AI explains:
There haven't been any confirmed assassinations of world leaders using drones by radicalized individuals or terrorist groups as of today, May 19th, 2UAV4. Drone strikes are typically carried out by governments, with varying degrees of legality and controversy.
However, terrorist groups have been increasingly using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for various purposes, including surveillance and attacks. This is a developing trend and the possibility of a future assassination attempt can't be entirely ruled out.
“Can’t be entirely ruled out” strikes me as an understatement. I would say that it can be almost entirely ruled in.
Coincidentally, I flew the first leg of my flight home from Budapest seated next to a young Belgian man who builds and races drones. If he wanted to kill a world leader with a drone, I am pretty sure he would have a reasonable chance of success. Fortunately he seemed a sane, decent, entirely unthreatening individual. But the same technology that he described to me is available to essentially anyone who wants it.
So why are crazies like Cintula still shooting leaders like Fico with guns? A cynic might say that it’s easier to pin the blame on the patsy that way. If Cintula were really a lone nut, and used a drone to attack Fico, it might be harder for the authorities to prove he did it, which would encourage “conspiracy theories.” The fact that drone assassinations happen all the time, and are always carried out by governments, would also tend to support the presumption that any drone assassination, even if presented as a “lone wolf” act, was in fact a government operation.
And we all know how much the authorities hate “conspiracy theories.” Bloomberg reports:
The European Commission said it’s “actively monitoring” the spread of fake news about Wednesday’s shooting Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico and warned it can slap Big Tech platforms with fines for failing to tackle disinformation.”
So don’t question the official narrative: “Fico was shot by a radicalized lone wolf and it’s Fico’s own fault for encouraging radicalization by failing to support Ukraine.” If you harbor any doubts, you will be “actively monitored.” And if you post your doubts on social media, the Big Tech platforms will be pressured to shadowban or deplatform you.
It’s almost as if there were some kind of conspiracy against conspiracy theorists. It must be my conspiratorial imagination acting up again to even entertain such thoughts.
Wyatt Peterson discusses his book Perfidy of Zion and his article “October 7 in Context.” Excerpt:
“It’s difficult for non-Jews to fathom the depths of ethnic animosity towards ‘the other’ permeating the Israeli state. Both Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich — Benjamin Netanyahu’s current Ministers of National Security and Finance respectively — are outspoken supporters of Baruch Goldstein and his ‘Massacre at the Mosque.’ Ben-Gvir proudly boasts that he once had a portrait of Goldstein prominently displayed within his home, and groups of Jewish settlers continue to eulogize the mass-murdering physician during annual pilgrimages to his grave. (Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburgh even wrote a book about him titled Baruch Hagaver –Baruch the Saint.) In the aftermath of Goldstein’s slaughter, Noam Federman, a spokesman for the Kach party in Israel, proclaimed, “The act itself was one of greatness. It was a great act of sanctifying the Name (of God).” Not to be outdone, Moshe Belogorodsky, an Israeli municipal council member, was quoted by the New York Times (Mar. 4, 1994) as saying, “It says in the Talmud that when a non-Jew strikes a Jew it’s as if he’s striking the Divine Presence itself…What Baruch did, at least in my book, is the opposite. It’s the sanctification of God’s name.”

Excerpt from the interview:
Wyatt Peterson: I've been following your work for many years, so it's really an honor to be here with you today.
9/11 was a big event for me. I was in high school at the time, And that was the one that sort of rerouted me to the path I'm on now. I grew up in a classically liberal household, and my father was very involved in activism—in particular, the Leonard Peltier case. Leonard Peltier was an Oglala Sioux Native American who was convicted for the murder of two FBI agents on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota in 1975. And my father actually wrote a book about it in 1994 called Aim on Target: The FBI's War on Leonard Peltier and the American Indian Movement.
So he was always thinking outside the box, and he really instilled in me the ability to question authority. He had books by Jim Marrs. He had his book on the Kennedy assassination, Crossfire, and books of similar themes. So I grew up questioning the pronouncements of officialdom.
So when 9/11 happened, it never sat well with me. But I was young at the time, so I didn't really start questioning it till about 2004. A friend of mine showed me a documentary. I think it was by Thierry Meyssan, and it involved the Pentagon and some of the anomalies surrounding the Pentagon attack.
And so that first pricked my conscience. I said, okay, something isn't right here. But I sort of put it on the back burner. I was a young man. I was involved in music. I was playing in a couple bands that had just started playing out. So it wasn't until about 2007 that I watched Loose Change for the first time, and that was really when the penny dropped for me. That was when I realized we'd been lied to, and I started consuming all the information I could on it.
But for a while, I was sort of spinning my tires. I read Michael Rupert's book, and he gets into peak oil. The idea that 9/11 was an operation by Dick Cheney and George Bush to launch a war for oil just didn't really add up to me. So it wasn't until a couple of years later that I came across the work of Christopher Bollyn. And when I understood the Zionist element to the 9/11 attack, that's when it really started to make more sense.
It's kind of become a pursuit of mine. I read a lot and recently I've started to write because I don't want to just read all these books and keep the information to myself.

I think if you look at what's going on in America right now, the way that they're pumping up the right wing to support what I think is going to be more wars for Israel. And I think this point is lost on a lot of people on the right, Trump supporters in particular, because they don't understand the way that international Jewry works through left and right.
So I think that Trump is probably their pick this time around because we're on a war footing now. And if you're trying to mobilize American support for more wars for Israel, to go into Iran, to fight Hezbollah, you're not going to be able to do that through the Democratic Party.
So I think a lot of what we're seeing now on a domestic front, especially with these campus protests and the way that they have been hijacked, is a way to start the right wing beating their chests and getting pumped up for war. I think Trump is probably their guide this time around to usher in that war for Israel agenda that we saw after 2001…. So I think what we're seeing now, once again, is the sort of jingoism that we saw after 2001 with super patriot Christian conservative George Bush in office.
We're starting to see left-wing Zionist types like Bill Ackman support Trump. A friend of mine showed me some of his recent tweets. They're very supportive of Donald Trump. And this is a lifelong Democrat benefactor. And in the media, I've noticed a lot more good play for Trump as well.
If we don't come to terms with how this movement operates through the left and through the right, depending on the prevailing zeitgeist of the day, I think we're going to miss everything and we're going to be on the wrong side each and every time.
Last time in 2020, the operant agenda was economic devastation, mass migration, economic catastrophe. And they've achieved all that.
But now we're being put on a war footing. And the only way that they're going to be successful with that is with super-patriot Trump in office and his legions of supporters behind him.
Kevin Barrett: Yeah, I agree. The notion of Trump as an anti-war candidate has a lot of appeal, but I think he's kind of a proverbial wolf in sheep's clothing. Not that he himself is the wolf, but it's the people they're going to smuggle in with him, just like last time.
The war in Ukraine really is Trump's war as much as Biden's war, because the mobilization of Ukraine by NATO happened under Trump. Additionally, Trump was responsible for the biological attack on China and Iran that launched the COVID pandemic. And that happened because Trump appointed people like Pompeo and Bolton and Robert Kadlec, his germ warfare czar, who has devoted his entire career to promoting biological warfare as an actual real thing that you can use to damage adversary economies. That's probably what COVID was designed to do.
So Trump is very much a warmonger president, even though his own personal feelings seem to be, if anything, on the other side. He's questioned NATO. And now the people who are horrified by the way that this Ukraine war was manufactured are leaning towards supporting Trump and the Trumpists in Congress, who are the most Ukraine-skeptic elements in Congress. But I don't think that means that electing Trump is going to bring on an era of peace. I think maybe the opposite, like you're suggesting. So how do you think that the war party that has its hooks in both the Democratic and Republican parties, as well as in the Bobby Kennedy movement? They turned him into a genocidal Zionist as well.
Wyatt Peterson: They utilize both sides effectively. And what we're seeing right now is that after the 2020 George Floyd riots—and I've speculated whether or not those were set up specifically (to create) the wave of revulsion at any organized protest, especially emanating from the left. It just disgusts conservative Americans at this point.
So I wonder if it wasn't anticipating post-October 7th protests coming from the left. Because at this point, conservative Americans aren't noticing subtleties. They're just seeing a lot of leftist types, a lot of black and brown faces with Palestinian flags. And by reflex action, they're doubling down on their support for Israel. And that has been one of their most useful tools. Because most people don't look too deeply into things. Everything has to fit within this left-right prism. And they've pretty much squeezed this entire post-October 7th narrative into that left-right prism. (They have) polarized the people.
Now you have all these conservatives who otherwise should know better doubling down and supporting a Zionist regime that has been devastating to our nation. They've led us into decades of wars in the Middle East and they wield enormous power…
I think that's the card that's being played right now We've isolated ourselves from the rest of the world because of our fatal attraction to the Zionist state. And I think to mobilize public support to, as Trump said, finish the job in the Middle East, you're going to need that sort of bravado. You're going to need that sort of jingoistic hubris that Trump brings to the table. Because nobody's going to mobilize under a Joe Biden or Kamala Harris presidency.

Ryan Cristián, founder of The Last American Vagabond, makes his Truth Jihad Radio debut. (We were introduced by Richie Allen.) We begin with Ryan telling us how he discovered the authorities were lying about a long list of issues, and then move on to the escalating pro-Palestine protests—and Netanyahu’s move to escalate the genocide in Rafah.
Excerpt:
Ryan Cristian: I can never argue I know what the Zionists are thinking. We're not ridiculous like the corporate media, so I wouldn't make that claim. But what I think is interesting is that I think you can make a very clear case for the fact that at least some of these (Zionists) – the level of the Smotrich and Ben-Gavirs, the real extreme elements, are trying to manufacture the very reason for why they argue Zionism should exist (the perception that anti-Semitism justifies a Jewish state)…. because we have all been talking about the false allegations of anti-Semitism.
Racism exists. Nobody would argue otherwise. But clearly, the allegations of anti-Semitism toward people who are simply criticizing Israel's crimes are ridiculous. And anybody with any integrity can make that point.
And so that over the years that has fallen apart. People started to understand that… let's put it this way. The Palestinian resistance movement, political or otherwise, was gaining momentum in the world. People were recognizing, yes, there was a Palestine. No, they're not all terrorists. Like really basic things.
And so I think that one of the the necessities of Zionism is to create the illusion that all Jews in the world are at risk without the terrorism of the Zionist state of Israel.
