The U.S. president has signed into law a bill that extends the government's warrantless spying powers for two years. Joe Biden signed Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act after it passed the Senate by 60 against 34 votes.
The move was slammed by privacy advocates inside and outside of Congress. They said that it allows intel agencies to spy on the communications of non-U.S. citizens, including communications on such service providers as Google. The activist group Demand Progress said the law is a dangerous tool in the hands of many presidents and a historic mark of shame. The Brennan Center for Justice also said the law is shameful and is a gift to any president who would wish to spy on political enemies, journalists, and ideological opponents.
Kevin Barrett is a political commentator who joins us from Saidia in Morocco. Welcome to the program. So when you take a look at why the U.S. is compelled to spy on its citizens and communications, whether it's online or what have you, isn't there a sense of paranoia that's behind it? And how much does that infringe on people's privacy?
That's right. The government of the United States today—which is really an illegal and unconstitutional regime that's usurped the American Republic—has every reason to be paranoid. Because they have no legitimacy. And the reason they have no legitimacy is precisely that they have overthrown the United States constitutional republic and replaced it with a kind of imperial, militarized, corporate fascist regime.
The United States Constitution very clearly bans “unreasonable searches and seizures.” That's in the Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights. That's always been interpreted as demanding that the authorities get a specific search warrant for any kind of surveillance of anybody in the United States before actually collecting any information. And that search warrant has to be requested from a judge. The judge has to verify the specifics of the individual case before the government is allowed to spy. There has to be probable cause that a crime has been committed. Otherwise, the United States government, if it were a legitimate constitutional government, would not be allowed to spy on anyone without each of those specific warrants. That's the way the law has always been interpreted in the United States until the the republic was overthrown by this criminal cabal that rules today through all sorts of illegal measures, including blackmail of leaders. Jeffrey Epstein, of course, worked for the Israeli Mossad, blackmailing American leaders for this deep state criminal organization that currently rules.
So they're paranoid because they know they're illegitimate. And if the people ever wake up and notice that they're being ruled by a gang of ruthless, psychopathic criminals, that will be the end. All these people will be hanged or guillotined. The French Revolution will look like a tea party compared to what will happen when the American people see what's been done to their republic.
So that's why these criminals need to spy on everybody. And that's what this law allows them to do without any warrants, without any legal process or due process of law. Under this law, anybody who has equipment that can be used to transmit or store electronic communications must cooperate with the authorities in turning over everything they have.
So that means that's the end of the Constitutional Republic. And people like Attorney General Merrick Garland are cheering for this big brother Orwellian measure. He's one of the world's worst criminals. He was in charge of the cover-up of the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995. He probably participated in the planning of that bombing itself, murdering hundreds of children in the daycare center in Oklahoma City. He's a child murderer, just like the Zionists and the rest of this criminal cabal of blackmailing pedophiles that own the United States. They’d better be watching everybody, because they are hated so much. They're so illegitimate that they will all be executed the minute that the American people wake up.
And if we want to take a look at the different online platforms, whether social media or search engines…everything gets recorded, right? And the social media platforms like Facebook or like Instagram—these are a gift to the CIA, I'm assuming. They are using it to basically find out what each individual is doing. Isn't that correct in terms of them using those platforms also to basically monitor whoever they want?
Absolutely. Social media as they exist in the United States are a self surveillance regime that these monstrous criminals have deliberately designed to trick people into giving up their data. And the people who run these so-called social media digital prisons, gulags, are making money by stealing people's data. And they were laughing at the dumb F-words, as Mark Zuckerberg put it, who are stupid enough to use the social media and turn over all their data.
So, again, these are criminals. This is not a legitimate government. And the minute the American people see that, those people are finished.

The featured story at this week’s False Flag Weekly News is Scott Ritter’s “Checkmate.” Ritter argues that Iran demonstrated on April 13 that it can penetrate US and Israeli air defenses using swarms of drones paving the way for showers of ballistic missiles. Most are cheap decoys designed to “unlock the door to the Iron Dome” so the real weapons can get through. Iran’s retaliatory strike scored direct missile hits on two heavily-defended Negev bases, using missiles with either very small warheads or no warheads at all. The goal was to deliver not death and destruction, but a message: Iran now has the ability to level Israel and destroy US ships and bases in the region. Henceforth, no further actions like the murderous Israeli attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus will be tolerated. And by implication, Iran will not permit Israel to complete its genocide of Palestine.
The Zionists’ very weak response consisted of sending a couple of cheap drones to the general vicinity of Isfahan where the IRGC easily shot them down. That act of conspicuous non-retaliation was a tacit admission that Israel’s plan to drag the US into all-out war is not ready for prime time.
According to Ritter, Iran’s defeat of combined US-Israeli air defenses has global implications. Not only have the enormous and ever-expanding missile arsenals of Iran and Hezbollah checkmated the Zionists’ regional nuclear monopoly, but by implication the at-least-equally-advanced missiles of Russia and China should have no problem defeating US air defenses. The US empire, with its flotilla of sitting ducks and its 800 now-hypervulnerable bases occupying dozens of countries, is about as impregnable as the Maginot Line.
The Zionists made an existential mistake last October by gambling that they could complete the genocide of Palestine under US protection. Their time-tested m.o., "seize ever-increasing power over the US and force America to do Israel’s dirty work,” has passed its expiration date, because the US empire is no longer what it once was—in large part due to the damage Israel has inflicted on it.
Netanyahu’s minions are currently threatening the Biden regime: “Support our genocide, or else!” In this case, “or else” implies Zionist power to remove team Biden, whether by assassination (a Zionist specialty) or by using financial and media power to throw the election to Trump (or whoever promises to take orders from Tel Aviv).
But as April 13 demonstrated, the US no longer has the power to protect Israel, or even its own bases and ships. And Israel has even less power to protect itself. So it doesn’t really matter who’s in the Oval Office. Even less does it matter that the Zionists can force Congress to pass bills against such expressions as “river to the sea.” The Zionist entity, like US global hegemony, is doomed. And though the Entity itself is thrashing out madly and genocidally in its death throes, it remains to be seen whether the managers of the US empire will follow suit and instigate a planetary “nuclear Masada.”
Future historians will no doubt express puzzlement about why and how Israel captured then helped destroy the US empire that it was so completely dependent on. Below is an article sketching the broad outlines. -KB
Election Interference: The Elephant in the Room
By Kevin Barrett, for American Free Press
The term election interference entered the American lexicon in late 2016. Following Donald Trump’s surprising victory, allegations that Russia had somehow rigged the contest for Trump were heavily publicized. The so-called Trump-Russia scandal was used to hobble Trump’s presidency, even though the 2019 Mueller Report and subsequent investigations found little support for the allegations.
Now Israel, of all countries, is whining about election interference. Israeli officials and their bought-and-paid-for American mouthpieces have charged that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s call for new elections in Israel is—as Zionist flack and death squad organizer Elliot Abrams put it— “unconscionable interference in the internal politics of another democracy.”
Do countries interfere in each others’ elections? Of course they do. The US is a repeat offender. But Israel’s interference in American politics dwarfs anything America has ever done.
Actually, to say that Israel interferes in US elections is an understatement. Israel practically owns US elections. Former six-term congresswoman Cynthia McKinney (D-GA) has revealed that shortly after she arrived in Washington, she was pressured to swear a loyalty oath to Israel. She was told that virtually all congressional representatives take the oath, and that any who resist face formidable obstacles to re-election. (Imagine if the Kremlin were making US officials swear loyalty oaths to Russia!)
AIPAC, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, is by far the most powerful lobby in Washington. Though it pretends to be a domestic group, AIPAC is a front for the Israeli government. Its predecessor, The American Zionist Council (AZC), was investigated by the Eisenhower Administration before it was finally forced to register as a foreign agent by President John F. Kennedy in 1962. Kennedy, who had dedicated himself to shutting down Israel’s nuclear program, was then removed in a coup and replaced with rabid Zionist Lyndon Johnson, who allowed the Israel lobby to change disguises from AZC to AIPAC. (Johnson also facilitated Israel’s nuclear bomb program, including the theft of American nuclear materials and weapons, and rubber-stamped Israel’s 1967 war of aggression, including its false-flag murder of 34 sailors aboard the USS Liberty.)
Since the Kennedy assassinations of 1963 and 1968, Israel’s death grip on American politics has kept getting stronger. American politicians who try to represent America rather than Israel—including Senators William Fulbright, Chuck Percy, and James Abourezk, and Congressmen Paul Findley, Pete McCloskey, and Cynthia McKinney—are unceremoniously ejected from office by the state of Israel and its American agents. Those who stand in the way of Israel’s capture of the US military to wage its wars, like Senator Paul Wellstone, risk being removed from office “with extreme prejudice.”
How does Israel control American politics? First, Israel’s agents dominate American media. Alfred Lilienthal observed that at the time of the Nakba (Palestinian holocaust) of 1948: “The capture of the American press by Jewish nationalism was, in fact, incredibly complete.” In 1972, Richard Nixon and Billy Graham agreed that the Jewish “stranglehold” on media “has got to be broken or the country’s going down the drain.” More recently, the Jewish ex-New York Times journalist Philip Weiss asked “Do Jews Dominate in American Media?” and answered “yes.” Weiss observes that media-dominant Jews are mostly partisans of Israel and produce biased coverage to benefit the self-proclaimed Jewish state.
Why didn’t Nixon speak out publicly? Because the Jewish-dominated media would have immediately destroyed him.
Israel’s indirect but effective domination of American media gives Tel Aviv the power to shape Americans’ perceptions. Through its media dominance, Israel rules the American “Overton window,” the spectrum of legitimate mainstream debate, while marginalizing those who threaten its interests as “conspiracy theorists” and “anti-Semites.” Zionist media power can anoint candidates, cover up crimes, and even start wars.
Another key to Israel’s domination of American politics was succinctly summarized by Rep. Ilhan Omar: “It’s the Benjamins, baby.” Pro-Israel Jews provide a massive share of the bribes, euphemistically described as “campaign contributions,” that power the American political system. Sociologist James Petras, author of The Power of Israel in the United States, has written that the Israel lobby is funded by dozens of billionaires and thousands of millionaires who could all say, like the Democrats’ leading funder Haim Saban: “I’m a one-issue guy and my issue is Israel.”
Finally, Jewish-dominated organized crime, working in tandem with Israel’s black-ops-focused intelligence agencies, exerts a massive yet mostly-invisible influence on American politics. Meyer Lansky, the loyal-to-Israel mobster who controlled J. Edgar Hoover, and Jeffrey Epstein, another notorious Mossad blackmailer of American politicians, are well-known examples. Israel and its criminal accomplices have repeatedly upended American politics, most obviously with the Kennedy assassinations and 9/11.
Today, as the entire American political class endorses the genocide of Gaza, the whole world can see that the US, like Palestine, is a nation under occupation.
Mees Baaijen introduces his new book The Predators vs. the People: The Big Picture of the 500-Year Secret War Against Humanity. He makes a case that a global mafia or “Glafia” has been riding the power of usury, a.k.a. exponentially-compounding interest, toward complete global domination. For an introduction to his thesis, check out his 2016 article “Who Are the Controllers?”
Excerpts from The Predators vs. the People:
“In his explosive book Jewish History, Jewish Religion: The Weight of 3,000 Years (1986), Jewish scholar and survivor of the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, Israel Shahak, describes classical Judaism as a totalitarian scheme to benefit a few very wealthy Jews (ifamericansknew.org shahak.html). From the second century until roughly the eighteenth, Jews were under the heel of their rabbis and wealthy leaders.”
“Apparently, Glafia wanted to conclude the colonization of Africa and Asia before their grand 20th century Eurasian offensive, because in 1884, a conference was held in Berlin to assign all uncolonized territories of Africa to the European powers. Bismarck led it, and we know that he was a Glafia pawn. By 1914, the ‘Scramble for Africa’ and colonization of the rest of the world’s ‘low hanging fruit’ was completed. By a ‘little coincidence’, in the same year, Glafia’s biggest operation, the subjugation of Eurasia’s 13 empires, the ‘high hanging fruit’, was started by its American-British-Zionist proxies: The Great 20th Century Slaughter of Eurasia. All the above-mentioned efforts of discovery, colonization and wars were crucial in bringing ALL LANDS under control of ‘normalized’ nation-states, a major goal in Glafia’s control project which was recently completed through the War on Terror. From then on, Glafia’s focus has been on ‘normalizing’ ALL PEOPLE, by a surveillance system detecting and deterring dissent, which means the development and implementation of a totalitarian digital control system, for which you and I haven’t been asked permission.”
Excerpt from the interview:
“My book rests on three pillars of evidence. First, the authors that have been labeled as conspiracy theorists, like Quigley and Sutton and later also McGregor and Preparata. If you go to Wikipedia, you will find the classical labels they put on these people that are anti-Semitic conspiracy theorists and so on.
“But I also discovered, and that's a new insight in my book, that there were very esteemed and respected historians saying the same thing, but in different terms. And when you are not aware of this project and you read their books, you don't see it. It's like an exoteric reading. After years of research, when you have become an insider and you read those works again, you see they were talking about the same thing. And I'm referring to several ones, but the most important are Fernand Braudel, who is seen as the most important French historians of the 20th century, and his student, Giovanni Arrighi. And there's also Charles Tilley, who is a historian and a sociologist, who have said the same thing, but in different terms.
“And then the third pillar is all the people who over centuries have warned against this group and their plans. I have like almost 200 very impacting quotes of people—ex-presidents, prime ministers, writers, artists, and so on, all saying the same thing: “This is a facade, behind it is a hidden group that wants control of the world.”
Meeuwis T. Baaijen (1952) was born and brought up in simple-life rural Holland, where he developed strong ties with nature. As a veterinarian and later also entrepreneur, he worked in 7 countries on 4 continents, which allowed him a direct experience with different cultures, political systems, languages, and above all, people. His international background served him well when he decided to dig deep into global history, to write his first book, The Predators (and its six translations). After 50 years as an atheist, this study convinced him that the Enlightenment was in fact an Endarkenment, to alienate us from Nature and the Universe, from which we derive our power to move mountains.

The Intercept reports:
THE NEW YORK TIMES instructed journalists covering Israel’s war on the Gaza Strip to restrict the use of the terms “genocide” and “ethnic cleansing” and to “avoid” using the phrase “occupied territory” when describing Palestinian land, according to a copy of an internal memo obtained by The Intercept.
The memo also instructs reporters not to use the word Palestine “except in very rare cases” and to steer clear of the term “refugee camps” to describe areas of Gaza historically settled by displaced Palestinians expelled from other parts of Palestine during previous Israeli–Arab wars. The areas are recognized by the United Nations as refugee camps and house hundreds of thousands of registered refugees.
The New York Times’ management encouraged its staff to use the word “terrorists” (as opposed to “fighters” or “militants”) when referring to Palestinian military actions such as the October 7 al-Aqsa Storm raid, but never in reference to Israeli massacres of civilians. Like all other US mainstream outlets, the Times has “reserved terms like ‘slaughter,’ ‘massacre,’ and ‘horrific’ almost exclusively for (the handful of) Israeli civilians killed by Palestinians, rather than for (the vastly larger number of) Palestinian civilians killed in Israeli attacks.” This kind of bias has been reported for many years by IfAmericansKnew.org, which has cited studies showing that each Israeli death gets dozens or hundreds of times as much NYT coverage as each Palestinian death.
In today’s woke environment, it’s socially acceptable to blame the Times’ biased coverage on “white racism.” According to the woke interpretation, the Times’ management is made up of whites who order their somewhat darker-skinned staff to side with the white Israeli settlers against the brown-skinned Palestinians. Reports of a rebellion by ethnically-diverse NYT staff against their rabidly pro-Israel white management have been circulating since October 7, and it is widely assumed that whoever has been leaking NYT secrets to The Intercept probably has Global South ancestry and non-lily-white skin.
Though it’s OK to blame white racism for biased NYT coverage of Palestine, anybody who blames Jewish racism (i.e. anti-goyism) will quickly be labeled a racist themselves! This despite the fact that everyone knows that The New York Times has been a totally Jewish-controlled operation since its founding, and that its rabid bias in favor of the genocidal Jewish State has gotten more extreme over the years. Anyone who doubts that the Jews who run the NYT and the rest of mainstream media are deliberately skewing their coverage to protect their beloved Jewish State needs to read Jewish ex-NYT-journalist Philip Weiss’s “Do Jews Dominate in American Media? And So What If We Do?”
Nobody is allowed to touch this third-rail topic in Western media. But Iranian media is another story. That’s why I try to make a point of mentioning it on Press TV interviews, including last night’s. Below is a rough transcript.
Press TV News Review
Joining us now for the program is Scott Bennett, former U.S.Army Psychological Warfare Officer from San Francisco, California, and Kevin Barrett, editor at Veterans Today joining us out is Sadia Morocco. Gentlemen, I'd like to welcome you both to the program here. Always a pleasure to check in with both of you. I guess I will start with you, Mr. Dr. Barrett there. Dr. Barrett, what are we to deduce when the Israeli regime needs this level of censorship to elicit some sense of legitimacy?
Kevin Barrett: Well, they can't allow an honest debate with both sides represented because they immediately lose the debate. And they know this now, and they've always known this. Their domination of American media is the biggest reason why this Zionist entity was created in the first place and has managed to persist all of these years. That's their number one line of defense.
The great Jewish-American former New York Times reporter Philip Weiss wrote an article headlined, Do Jews Dominate American Media and So What If We Do?, in which he described his career in mainstream media, including at the New York Times. Weiss pointed out that the majority of his bosses, important co-workers and the owners of the outfits had been Jewish, and asked, why does that matter? Well, the reason it matters is because the vast majority of these people feel that the American media is Israel's last line of defense. And so they are motivated to basically use the American media, which is dominated by this ethnic group with loyalty to a foreign state, as a propaganda apparatus for that foreign state.
They've been doing it ever since 1948. And they're getting more and more desperate. But today, because of the woke movement, they have to hire multi-ethnic people. They can't just have nothing but Jews and white people at The New York Times. So they hire a few token Arabs and Muslims who are, of course, appalled at all of this. And they leak stuff to The Intercept. And then you get the Jewish management at The New York Times launching a racist witch hunt against the Arabs and the Muslims there.
So the United States is a multi-ethnic nation that's quite fractious and perhaps falling apart. And I think that the Jewish Zionist control of the narrative is falling apart too, in part because the younger generation, including the younger generation of Jewish Americans, is starting to see through the propaganda and understand the horrific reality of this ongoing long-term genocide that's accelerated so much in the last six months in occupied Palestine.
Thank you, Dr. Barrett. Scott, welcome to the program. Scott Bennett joining us from Northern California. Now, Scott, according to The Intercept, it said that major U.S. newspapers, not just the Wall Street Post or the New York Post, but major U.S. newspapers disproportionately emphasized Israeli deaths in this conflict, used emotive language to describe the killings of Israelis but not Palestinians, and offered lopsided coverage of anti-Semitic acts in the U.S. while largely ignoring anti-Muslim racism in the wake of October 7th. Scott, does it sound like the America that likes to advertise itself the way it has for hundreds of years? And why let this tiny Israeli regime, Scott, make you compromise all the freedoms your founding fathers fought for?
Scott Bennett: A very eloquent way of stating the truth, indeed. And you're exactly right, as is Dr. Barrett, whom I always admire. It is a sickening and depressing thing to witness the mainstream media that is supposed to be the voice of truth and reason and presenting facts for aiding the American person to arrive at truth and a well-balanced opinion—that is what the media and the press and the written word and the freedom of speech was always designed for—and instead, we have fallen into a propaganda black hole where the black hearts of the Jewish Zionists are oppressively and tyrannically forcing this propaganda down the American media's throats and the American people's throats.
And that's why the American media is falling apart. No one is really reading The New York Times anymore or The Washington Post. They're not listening to Fox News. They really have turned these media outlets off because they're propagandistic and people sense that. They are very busy with their soccer games or their children or their jobs, their in-laws or their football games. So the American people have kind of disconnected as a whole.
But this Israeli genocide, this Israeli murder, this Israeli demonic obsession with destroying every Semitic-blooded person, which is the Palestinians…It is not the Jewish, Zionist, Ashkenazi, Khazarians that have infected Israel like plague. Their obvious hatred is turning off the vast majority of the American people and (especially) the American college students. And you see this in their widespread protests and gatherings and objections to this speech.
But you're precisely right. When America loses its freedom of speech, it's become nothing less than a metallic robotic machine without any heart and soul.
Thank you Scott. And Dr. Barrett, before before we actually kicked off this News Review…I’ve seen a lot CNN coverage and they have a bureau there in Tel Aviv. And I Googled “does CNN have to get approval from Israeli military censors? And here's what came up. It said, “like all foreign news organizations operating in Israel, CNN's Jerusalem Bureau is subject to the rules of the Israeli Defense Forces censor, which dictates subjects that are off limits for news organizations to cover and censors articles it deems unfit or unsafe to print. Dr. Barrett, with 130 journalists plus killed in Gaza and southern Lebanon since October 7th, many of them with their families inside their homes as they slept at night, has the regime achieved its objective to continue with its campaign of censorship, or is it losing it?
Had there been a doubt for many people in the world as to what Israel stands for, and the level of barbarism it employs, while trying to maintain some level of legitimacy …Has that been foiled now since October 7th? I hate to mention the silver lining when nearly 34,000 Palestinians, including 10,000 women and 15,000 children, have been slaughtered. But is there a silver lining? Is Israel desperately losing this media war?
Kevin Barrett: Yeah, they've taken off their masks and shown us the genocidal serial killers that they've always really been. And this war on journalists where they've killed 130 now—that doesn't surprise me. It was getting close to 100 last I checked a month or a few months ago. This deliberate murdering of journalists to terrorize and silence the others is not working.
Though it's true that (at least) they can get away with it (thanks to biased media coverage). If the other side were doing that, just imagine how it would be giant front-page headlines in The New York Times and all the other U.S. mainstream outlets, day after day after day after day.
But Palestinians don't target journalists. Only Israelis do. Why is that? Well, we're seeing that the Israelis are constantly committing barbaric acts of cruelty and extreme, over-the-top, shameless war crimes. And some of them are even filming themselves doing it. It's like they're proud of it. And I think they know they've lost the PR war. Or maybe they just don't care.
I think there's some kind of a national psychosis that's always been latent and occasionally rising to the surface in Israel. But it's completely taken over the Israeli Jewish population since October 7. And the whole world can see this psychotic and murderous behavior, thanks to the social media. The fact is that censorship doesn't really work when you have the people, the genocide victims of Gaza, running around with their phones and filming everything. And ultimately, one way or another, many of them are going to get these images out.
And so murdering journalists doesn't really help. It just adds to all of these acts of barbarism that the whole world is seeing. And it has decisively turned the younger generation against the Zionist entity here in the United States, where as early as November, polls showed that the majority of American 18 to 24-year-olds support the Palestinian armed resistance and want to end the Zionist settler colonial entity. That's quite shocking. And those people are going to be the majority in the future United States.
The Zionist entity only survives because it's propped up by the United States. And these old Zionist crazies who run the media in the United States, who dominate the financial sector, who have all sorts of political power—they're on their way out. They're dinosaurs. And the Zionist entity, now that it has destroyed its reputation and any possibility of legitimacy with this blatant, over-the-top genocide since October 7th, really might as well fold up its tent now before it does its own cause even more damage.
And so, yeah, I guess you could call that a silver lining. At least the truth has finally leaked out.
Thank you, Dr. Barrett. And Scott, final thoughts with you. We have less than a minute left. And Scott, final thoughts with you. We have less than a minute left. Where would the Israeli regime, Scott, be today without this very thorough campaign of censorship, including getting so much help in this campaign from its friends in the West?
Scott Bennett: It would either be burned out of the Middle East or it would be humbled to the degree of decent, respectable treatment of its neighbors. But instead, the Israeli Jewish Zionist regime has become, as Dr. Barrett said, a psychotic, raging madman that the world is now seeing, having taken off their masks. And it's almost like these Jewish Zionists are in a blood-crazed mania. With all their killing of children they're like the priests of Baal. And the Jews in America and indeed Israel and elsewhere have equal blame. If you stand with Zionist Israel you're standing with a genocide of women and children. And (awareness of) that is going to get them expelled from America and from Europe, I think very soon.
As we've heard, these dinosaurs who run mainstream media have no power or legitimacy. The future belongs to more independent voices. I think you're going to see a violent backlash against Israel, the Zionists, and the Jews, unlike any other time of history, because they deserve it, unlike any other time of history, for murdering and dismembering and crippling children in the thousands with a devilish glee. They do not belong to the human race. They are the synagogue of Satan. They are the seed of evil. And you see that by their works.
So I think the future belongs to an uprising of youngsters in America and elsewhere that are going to reject both the mainstream media and their Zionist puppets as they fall apart and most likely are collapsed as a state by their neighbors as they stand up to stop this genocide.
All right, gentlemen, thank you both and stay safe both of you.

Josh Mitteldorf wins my vote as the most interesting science writer out there. (Sometimes way out there…) His work is always sensible, well-informed, well-argued, and uncowed by mainstream dogma.
Josh has been writing on the UFO-ET issue and its publicizers Daniel Sheehan and Phil Schneider, as well as science and psi, digital mind-control, the hybrid/reptilian/insectoid Peruvian mummies, and much more.
We also discuss and critique the way terms like Jews/Jewish and Zionist(s) are used, keeping in mind the diversity of Jewish agendas, the overrepresentation of Jews among both good guys and bad guys, and the unfortunate fact that collective Jewish tribal power is strongly weighted towards the bad guys.
Excerpt: “If I have a religion at all, it's Taoism. And I think we need to get beyond there are good guys and bad guys, and I'm one of the good guys and you're one of the bad guys, so I'm here to smite you, to see good and evil as aspects of the world rather than as something we take sides in. I'm a follower of Charles Eisenstein. He likes to write that there are no good guys. There are no bad guys. We're all in this together. We're blindly hurting ourselves because we hurt one another. And that's really the same thing. I am you. You are me. We're all caught in this illusion of separateness. But in some cosmic sense, we're joined at the hip. And there's no such thing as selfishness. It just doesn't work. And what we call evil is really selfishness.
“So I'm caricaturing Eisenstein. But I really like him a lot. I think it's a human message. I think it's an antidote to…there's much too much of this us and them going on in the world and we're going to have to get over that. But i]I also think that there's a perspective beyond that and there are stories that just don't make sense in either the good versus evil world or in Eisenstein's world.
“And that's really what I hope to talk to you about today. Just what's going on in the world and what's behind it.”

It’s 10 pm in Morocco, 6 pm in Washington DC, and Iran has launched rockets and drones at Iranian military targets in retaliation for Israel’s bombing the Iranian consulate in Damascus and killing seven people, including high-level military officers. Earlier today, J. Michael Springmann and I discussed how the Iranian response, which we knew was coming, would play out. Springmann’s article HOW WILL IRAN RESPOND TO DAMASCUS EMBASSY ATTACK? was the basis for our discussion. Below is an excerpt. -KB
Let’s move on to the big news for today, which is in the Iran versus Israel category. The breaking news today, I don't know if you saw this, Mike, was that Iran's IRGC just seized that Israeli-linked ship near the Straits of Hormuz. It's owned by that Israeli billionaire who keeps getting ships seized. So go Iran! Keep seizing more ships. And if anybody messes with you any further, shut down the Straits of Hormuz.
Exactly. That's the ultimate. The Washington Post and the news media here in the States and online keep going on about how the Israelis are terrified they're going to have a strike tomorrow morning at nine o'clock, and Genocide Joe Biden is behind this. He's moving forces into the region, but nobody specifies what kind of forces and what kind of equipment. And he's ready to attack Iran on a moment's notice when the Israelis give him the word.
Yeah, well, I hope it's not that simple. I had Gordon Duff on the show last night talking about how Obama had pointedly removed the American component of Israel's Iron Dome as a sign of displeasure with Netanyahu at a certain point in the festivities with Lebanon. So whether the Biden administration really wants a bigger war, which will badly mess with his reelection, I don't know. It's hard to believe that he's that stupid. But I think the US is kind of self-destructing, so we can expect almost anything from them. But as Gordon said, if the Americans get involved in any way…when, not if, but when Iran retaliates, that means very likely some combination of hitting American military bases, as happened after the murder of General Soleimani, and ultimately shutting the Straits of Hormuz, which will utterly destroy the United States economy. And probably that would be the event that would be seen after that as the end of the American empire, because a kind of general war would break out and China would emerge on top after that. So anyway, we'll see if all that happens in the next 24 hours.
I would like to think the Americans would be smart enough to arrange it with Iran. Iran basically is going to say, OK, this is the level we're going to do. You guys (Americans) stay away. And if you're going to get involved, it's going to be much worse. And the Americans will say, OK, all you're going to do is blow up one Israeli building. Yeah, OK, we can live with that. We'll yell and scream about it, but we won't get involved. Anyway, I think that's actually more likely, Mike. But you're betting that if an Iranian rocket blows up an Israeli building, that the Americans will attack Iran?
From the way Genocide Joe has been raving and all the quotes coming from the general staff, they're itching for an excuse to strike at Iran. So they'll take anything as an excuse to lash out at them in hopes of destroying the country, which I think is an impossibility. And as I wrote in my Substack article, which I guess is the next thing up.
Yeah, that's the next slide.
Yeah. That it's going to be essentially a tit for tat, a measure of response in semblance of the measure of attack on Iran's interests or property. And they will simply escalate it. You raise the stakes, we'll raise the stakes. And as I was told by this well-informed and well-connected attorney in Iran back in 2018, that we had the key to the Iron Dome and a lot of American hostages. And he mentioned the 10,000 servicemen at Al Udeid Air Base, the 20,000 sailors and Marines and civilian personnel in Manama, Bahrain and the Fifth Fleet sailing up and down the Persian, not the American, Gulf.
So the Iranians have a wide range of hitting back. They're big on asymmetric warfare, which I think translates as hit them where they ain't in baseball. So they can do things like smash one of the oil drilling platforms that are sealing Lebanese and Palestinian oil and gas out of the Eastern Mediterranean.
I don't think they can reach the U.S. base at Diego Garcia with the rockets that they've got, but they can certainly make life difficult for the Israelis and the Americans because they're so invested in the area and they have so many bases and so many structures that are very vulnerable. Or they could do something in Latin America or Africa. Who knows? The Iranians are not stupid.
Yeah. I would like to think that the Americans are not really itching for war with Iran. I mean, they say they're not. But then, like you said, there are also these bellicose statements as well. But that's obviously Bibi Netanyahu's plan. Netanyahu's only way to survive is to get this big, wider war going. And I don't know whether maybe the Biden administration is just pretending to be on the outs with Netanyahu and trying to replace him. But I kind of lean towards Meyssan's analysis that a decision was made to replace Netanyahu roughly a month and a half ago.. And so I think that's how it's going to play out one way or another. And I would think American hesitation at getting involved after Iran hits Israel, would actually play in the direction of removing Netanyahu and putting somebody else in there. And then the Americans will become their bellicose pro-Israeli selves again, unfortunately.
Here's another article from Press TV on the likely scenarios, what Iran might use to attack with. And they have a wide range of options because obviously they're not going to hit an Israeli embassy in some third country that they don't have any beef with, because, unlike the Zionists, they're not lunatics. But they're going to hit Israel itself somehow. And so we'll probably learn pretty soon how they do it. And of course, Israel is saying, oh, well, then we'll attack you again. So if the Americans stay out and it's just an Iran-Israel thing, that might be a good way to get rid of Netanyahu, because then the Americans say to Israel, we're not going to step in here until Netanyahu is gone.
And Israel's going to look really vulnerable because it's going to lose against Iran if the Americans don't step in. So they dump Netanyahu. Then the Americans tell the Iranians, OK, stop. And the Iranians go ahead and stop because they've inflicted what looks like a symbolic defeat on Israel. And then the Americans lean on the Israelis to be reasonable. And whether they are or not, who knows? So that's that's that's the more optimistic scenario. What do you think?
The Iranians are creating a great deal of fear and uncertainty just by simply doing nothing. The Americans and the ZioNazis all think that they're going to attack at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning. And when they don't, oh, my God, what are we going to do? Where are they going to hit us? What's going to happen? And they're so wound up and scared and confused that the Iranians are essentially have unleashed a weapon on them that's invisible, but it works very effectively.
They all die of heart attacks.
Yeah. Inshallah.

Excerpts:
I worked in intelligence a long time, and I'm probably doing more real work than I've ever done before. I don't know where to start with some of this. The big project we've been working on collectively, and the we is probably my friends. Carol and I have started hanging out in Iceland, and I've met a lot of people there. There are a lot of young activists there. Most of them are either high or drunk most of the time, which makes working with them a little hard. But good-hearted people backed by a government that won't allow our servers to be shut down simply because we tell the truth.
So this is where we've opened the Intel Drop. That's T-H-E, Intel Drop, which does 80 stories a day on a newsletter of censored news, which we don't totally stand behind. We truth bomb the stories.
You rewrite the headlines.
Yeah. They don't have the guts to actually say what it's about. So listing ISIS is anything other than a CIA proxy, or the truth about the chemical bombings in Syria that were done by the white helmets, a sub organization of MI6, along with the Israelis, but also in combination with the Reuters News Agency and Turkish intelligence. They received their chemical weapons and biological weapons from a USAID-funded facility in Tbilisi, Georgia, called the National Reference Lab, or commonly the Lugar Lab, after US Senator Lugar, who started the funding.
What we did is we closed down our germ warfare and our biological warfare facilities in Fort Detrick, offloaded the hundreds of academics into universities, offloaded the illegal research developing new strains of avian flu, swine flu, releasing them and testing them on human beings with some regularity across the Middle East, India, spent attacks more than a few times, Pakistan, Russia, China, biological attacks. We do this on a regular basis.
And COVID had something to do with that.
COVID-19 was absolutely, no one doubts it.
Russia is about 25 years ahead of us technologically. They graduate three times the number of engineers the United States does. Their military-industrial complex is huge and extremely efficient. It runs financially on about 3% of the money ours does.
Now they just sent up a rocket we're making fun of, a space rocket, a while ago. What we aren't saying about that rocket, the Agora, that just went up yesterday, is it has a plasma engine. What this allows that rocket to do is its second stage. Once it's out of the atmosphere, the engine in that second stage can run forever. It doesn't do a burn and head off toward the moon at 25,000 miles an hour. It can head toward the moon at 200,000 miles an hour if there was time to accelerate that much. And it can reach those speeds going to Mars.
What kind of fuel is it using?
It's not using fuel. It's powered by fusion. There's a magnetic coil on the engine that creates a plasma donut, which operates a little like the warp engine on the Enterprise. But it's, yeah, it's a rocket engine with a magnetic coil. And it creates a plasma ring that sits under and that continues to expel neutrons and propel the spaceship with constant acceleration.
You can almost use that for interstellar travel.
It's making interplanetary travel a reality, but it's also going to make it possible for Russia and China to build a base on the moon, which they've already planned, with a large nuclear reactor. And they will be settling up there, and especially since they can do the trip in a few hours, where it takes days for us, if we could get up there at all. Last time we went up, we went up a few weeks ago, put a lander up there, and it fell down. It fell over on its side.
But let's get back to the Jewish settlers in occupied Palestine.
The important part of this is that, first of all, using the term Israel, there's no such place. There are no Israeli people. It's not a country. It's occupied Palestine, and it's land that was stolen. And then... This continual blackmail, they get one or the other weak public…And everyone who goes into government, this is the disappointment for so many of us, people who go into government are by nature generally bad. It's just simply where they go.
We don't have some island where they could go instead of government?
Yeah, or like we would do with lawyers, perhaps if they were along the bottom of the sea for a period of time.
The Russians have offshore in the U.S. a Poseidon torpedo that they planted probably about nine months ago. That's a 200-megaton tsunami bomb. They have supposedly five planted off the U.S. And that would send a radioactive sea (wave) that would almost reach to Mississippi, but kill almost everyone in the Eastern United States. 1,500 meters tall, 4,500 feet tall, basically taller, I guess. Meters, I think, break down to about 39.22 inches or whatever.
That's like a doomsday weapon in Dr. Strangelove.
It's exactly what it is. The Russians put nine of those on the Belgorod, the massive submarine that they'd been working on for 20 years that they deployed about a year ago. These torpedoes are 90 feet long. They have nuclear engines. They have massive nuclear weapons, the largest nuclear weapons. They're a five-stage thermonuclear weapon.
A 50-megaton bomb was set off on an island north of Russia some 60 years ago. And people got burns from that 300 kilometers away and broke windows 500 miles away. This is four times larger than that. And we have them off the East Coast and the West Coast. My concern is that, and this is, I've seen the documents on this and I've published them on the Intel Drop. If the one that the Russians planted in the Caribbean—and we can't defuse these or anything, they sit on the bottom forever until activated. We can't do anything about it.
Really? I would think that there would be a counter effort to try to find a way to grab and remove them.
I actually defused a bomb once.
Probably not this big of a bomb, though.
No, something about five pounds of C4 sitting in an airline office once.
No, something about five pounds of C4 sitting in an airline office once. That's a little smaller. I was called because I was the only idiot that had a bomb blanket in a car, and it wasn't hard to figure out how the thing worked. Once you pulled the blasting caps out of the C4 and took the C4 away, the whole bomb was there, and all it had was five blasting caps. Nobody tells these people on TV about that, you just pull the blasting caps out and get rid of the C4. And you don't have a bomb anymore. You have blasting caps.
So if you try this at home, if you see a bomb, just pull out the blasting cap.
You can do it. And what you don't want to do, though, is if you don't know what a trembler switch looks like, or a mercury switch or something similar within the bomb's mechanism that would cause it to activate if you moved it, you want to learn about those things. Or perhaps you leave that to trained professionals, I guess. I'm supposedly a trained professional.
Yeah, my inclination would be to go with the professionals.
There are reports that Iran is likely to retaliate against Israel for its strike on the consulate in Damascus. It could happen kind of any time because Ramadan's over, the Eid is over. It's now time. And how is that – how could that play out? Is it possible that this U.S. administration would do sort of what Obama did (pulling out US support for Iron Dome)?
First of all, I don't think the U.S. has a choice here. The Iranians have areas where they can do a lot of harm. Now, if the Iranians suckered the United States into doing something to defend Israel and moving that ship in there, it certainly looks like it. So if there's a missile attack and the U.S. steps in, then Iran has a reasonable excuse to close the Straits of Hormuz. And now the Iranians have been meeting with the Saudis on a regular basis. The Jewish-controlled press, and I'm going to risk saying that, has been inserting fake stories recently that the Saudis are meeting with the Israelis about recognizing Israel. Now, where those stories show up, the Saudis obviously during this period not only aren't going to be talking to the Israelis, the Saudis are having some very dark moments right now about the region in general. Their major project, that linear city that they were building, and one of the companies I work with out of the UAE, where I still work apparently, is doing the security for that project.
What happens if the Straits of Hormuz gets closed? What then?
That would be a hit to the American economy that would not be survivable. It would be a threat to the oil companies directly and their extreme power over the United States government, which we don't even begin to look at. But it's an attempt, I believe, to try to push the US to the reality of a civil war that a number of nations see as the only way of removing the U.S. as the power behind failed globalism. The financial model of neocolonial globalism as the U.S. runs it is dead. It no longer functions. BRICS is killing it, despite the fact that this is Brazil, Russia, India, and China, and now 50 other nations have joined an economic pattern that's developing its own banking system and trade system to operate without the U.S. dollar, to operate around U.S. sanctions.
The U.S. is sanctioning as a form of trade warfare 40 nations around the world simply as a way of keeping these nations poor. That's what it's basically about. Militarily undefended, politically unstable and poor. And everything the United States does is to cause as much human suffering in the world as possible. It's what we do. It's our job. And Russia, China, North Korea, South Africa, nations around the world are banding together against the United States.
So if the U.S. interferes after Iran strikes Israel, then the Straits get closed and it could be moving to that fully multipolar order sooner rather than later. And if not, what happens?
Well, I think the goal is to break up the United States. Is there an international financier elite doing that? If Donald Trump can be kept out of prison, it will guarantee doing that. And an awful lot of people want that, including probably both of us.
Yeah, all right. Go Trump! I never thought we'd end on that note.
This is not a viable country anymore…

Press TV interviews Kevin Barrett and Tim Anderson, April 10 2024
Joining us on this edition of the News Review, we have political analyst Kevin Barrett joining us from Saidia. And Director of Center for Counterhegemonic Studies, Mr. Tim Anderson, is joining us from Sydney. Gentlemen, welcome to the program. Let's start off with Mr. Barrett. Sir, I want to get your overall perspective about how this continued genocide is ongoing, unabated. How frustrating is it to see so many innocent women and children and elderly being killed as the international community sits idly by.
Kevin Barrett: Yes, it's not just frustrating, but it's it's maddening. And the the world's understated response to this, even among people who are saying something, is part of the outrage. This should be a situation where the whole world agrees that something absolutely has to be done and that all actions aimed at stopping this genocide are appropriate up to and including the very strongest forms of military action against the genocidal Zionist entity. Instead, most of the world leaders just making noises with very ineffectual sounds and cluckings of the tongue.
And then we have the one country that could stop this overnight, the United States of America, led by an administration that's completely complicit in the genocide, and that for political reasons has been hypocritically wailing and gnashing their teeth without actually doing anything to stop the genocide. All it would take would would be one phone call: “Stop now or the U.S. will do a U-turn. We will support Palestine rather than Israel tomorrow morning if you don't stop this genocide.” That's all it would take.
And what's even more outrageous is that the Zionist domination of Western media has been contributing to the situation in which the genocide could continue. All of the owners and major operators of the entire western mainstream media ought to be tried for war crimes and if convicted, executed. Their coverage has created this genocide, and they are censoring alternative voices who are actually talking about this and telling the truth. I just had my Youtube channel taken down. They called it hate speech. Well, I hate genocide, and I'm not afraid to say it. But you're not allowed to say that on YouTube anymore. You have to be pro-genocide, or you're not allowed to be on YouTube.
The Google company that owns YouTube, which they used to have a slogan, Don't Be Evil, is now evil. They're on the side of the genocide. They're tweaking their algorithms to try to coerce public opinion to be pro-genocide. All of these people need to be tried, convicted, and executed.
Tim Anderson, the United Nations Deputy Secretary General, in addition to expressing deep concern over the humanitarian situation in Gaza, has made some comments with regards to the situation there in a U.N. press conference. Amina Mohammed said that the international community has lost its, quote, moral compass on the issue of Gaza. Do you see it in that light as well?
Tim Anderson: On the other hand, the only people effectively fighting this genocide, trying to prevent this genocide, are the resistance in Palestine, the resistance in Lebanon, in Iraq, in Yemen. And I think a lot of hopes are still placed on and waiting to see what sort of punishment that Iran will do for the crime committed against its own people, its own embassy in Damascus, and hoping that that may in some way cripple the capacity of this genocidal regime.
Let's remember when the false accusations were being made against the Libyan leader, Mahmoud Gaddafi, there was talk of a no-fly zone to try and protect civilians. Of course, that was all a pretext. We know that that was a terrible lies that were made to destroy the little nation of Libya. But where are the calls for a no-fly zone now? What about the Israeli Air Force at the Israeli airports? I believe the Iraqi resistance and the Yemenis are the only ones that have been seriously carrying out some strikes against this capacity of the genocidal regime.
Kevin Barrett, let's talk a little bit about the issue of the aid trucks that are being blocked by the Israeli regime. Under what pretext, what logic, is there to justify that combating, in the Israelis' own version of the situation there, combating Hamas justifies whether a three-year-old in Gaza can eat or not?
Kevin Barrett: Yes, well, of course, they're not only blocking the aid trucks, but they're sometimes actually murdering the aid workers and blowing up the aid trucks, as they did recently. Their excuse, what we hear from Netanyahu, is he says that Hamas eats food too. So we have to starve everybody to try to starve Hamas. Of course, those are words that can and should, inshallah, will be used against him in his genocide trial in the future, assuming we all have the misfortune of him living that long.
This blocking of food aid and murdering the people bringing food to Gaza in order to try to starve the Gazans, because then they can starve Hamas—this goes along with their doctrine of using artificial intelligence to target people in Gaza. We've learned that they were using some kind of computer program that would spit out the names of supposedly Hamas-linked people, and then it would kill them, preferably when they were at home in a very crowded apartment building. The acceptable level, quote-unquote, of the innocent civilian casualties that they would try to create in order to kill one supposed Hamas person was, they said, at least 20 to 1. That is, they're willing to kill 20 little children to kill one Hamas member. And then they're having these computer programs selecting their targets that actually are not even really going after Hamas members. Of course, the Hamas fighters are mostly in tunnels and fortifications.
So this has been a war on the civilian population of Gaza. And what it reveals to the world is that the Zionist project has always been genocidal. They're doing what they always do. They're just doing more of it in a shorter period of time. But ever since the Zionists came to Palestine, they have not even really been that coy about the fact that their entire project requires murdering and expelling the people of Palestine.
The earliest zionist leaders did say that occasionally. And they certainly knew that, and that's why there was a widespread agreement to stage the Nakba, the first Palestinian Holocaust, in 1948, because they knew that they had to massacre thousands and thousands of Palestinians and try to terrorize the rest into leaving if they were going to steal their land. Which is what Zionism is all about: stealing that land. Now that they've created a second Nakba covered live and broadcast to the whole world, in the face of the whole world, nobody can deny it anymore. Nobody can really avoid it. They've announced their genocidal nature. And so from now on, the so-called state of Israel is going to be known as the genocidal Zionist entity. And it's got that label forever.
Of course, it may not last forever. It may not last very long at all. And I certainly agree with Tim Anderson‘s evaluation of the Iranian response to this attack on its sovereign territory, and the rest of the Axis of Resistance is there to back them up.
It's indeed possible that at this point, the Americans would rather let Netanyahu eat the fruit of his evil ways, which even the Americans now are admitting are grossly mistaken. This may be a turning point, and the Zionists may lose this al-Aqsa storm battle even more blatantly than they have thus far.
Tim Anderson, your view is on the same issue as well with regards to the blocking of humanitarian aid and food trucks into Gaza, which is a war crime. It is collective punishment. Does this show that the Israeli war on Gaza is not just against Hamas, but it's against all of Gaza's inhabitants?
Tim Anderson: Yes, look, I don't think we should waste too much time on torturing the pretext they bring up there, that they're trying to eliminate the Palestinian resistance. Remember, of course, there are half a dozen other resistance groups that are coordinating with Hamas there. So it's not, I don't, even though Hamas is used as a slogan many, many times, I don't think the Israelis are that concerned about it. We've heard from their own lips that they want to make Gaza uninhabitable. They want to raise it to the ground. They wanted to destroy everyone, saying that there are no innocent people there. There have been plenty of genocidal regimes in the past, but they have rarely expressed it this clearly So let's let's not pretend that any of these side arguments that somehow they're doing things and incidentally, they're killing civilians. I don't think we should take that seriously any more.
There is this openly stated plan to destroy or expel the population. They've talked about using U.S. warships to take Palestinians out of Gaza, to put them in other parts of the world. This is what they tried initially, and Gaza was effectively a refugee camp to prevent Palestinians from being expelled to Egypt. So we know what they're trying. Let's not torture the arguments about targeting Hamas too much. It's really very overdone, I think.
And certainly the aid is another element, as Kevin said, another element that's being used in the ICJ case against the Israelis. In fact, it was a recent order from the ICJ to do with aid specifically. And of course, by blocking aid, they've been strengthening the South African case in the ICJ, while some other countries have come on board and added some additional arguments there.
So that's for the legal accounting down the track. But I think in terms of preventing the genocide, it comes back to the resistance. What is the resistance doing? How can the world help the resistance to prevent this genocide?
Thanks a lot, gentlemen.

Chicago-based journalist AJ Smuskiewicz recently doubled down on his May 2023 article “Why I’m for Kennedy” with the new “Why I’m Still for Kennedy.” While admitting Kennedy is “wrong on Gaza” (understatement of the century) AJ says RFK Jr. is articulate and intelligent, right about a lot of things, and not as long of a long shot as the media would like you to believe.
I see AJ’s point. Compared to the likes of Biden and Trump, RFK Jr. looks pretty good. AJ says “I’m not going to reject a candidate because I disagree—even strongly disagree—with him on one issue (Gaza).” But is Gaza just “one issue” among many? Or is the most transparent genocide in history a whole lot more than that? Isn’t the real issue, for Americans, America’s complicity in that genocide? And isn’t that complicity the outcome of neocon (Jewish-Zionist) occupation of the USA? And isn’t that occupation, which began with Israel’s murder of JFK and RFK and reached fruition with the Jewish State’s demolition of the World Trade Center on 9/11, by far the most important issue of our time?
Extract from the interview:
AJ Smuskiewicz: I probably would not disagree too much with your previous guest (Alan Sabrosky) in the sense that I am quite a pessimist regarding America's future, especially all the nonsense that we've experienced with the past few years with the COVID lockdowns and the censorship and the rigging of the election. I am quite a pessimist actually.
I was a big supporter of Trump and I still like Trump in a lot of ways, but I was disappointed in him in many other ways, mainly because of the idiots that he surrounds himself with, like his son-in-law and Bolton and Pompeo.
And the Democrats are just become totally hopeless. They used to be the party of the working class and the party of peace back in the seventies. And I was a kid and now they've become just as big war mongers, if not worse than the Republicans. And they're the party of the Hollywood and Wall Street elites.
So when I, when I saw Kennedy come around last year, he initially said a lot of things that I found very refreshing. I never heard anyone articulate so clearly and intelligently what I consider the core problem of this country right now: This corrupt merger of state and corporate power, which Mussolini defined as fascism.
And the other thing that he articulated very clearly and intelligently was the problem of the military industrial complex and the war machine, which is causing all of these endless wars all over the world. It’s the last gasp of the dying empire is how I look at it.
I consider those key issues, as well as many other things he's talked about that I guess we could get into. I know he probably most likely has no chance of winning. But the most useful purpose of a third party or an independent run for any offices to raise awareness of issues even if he does not win. Just like Cornell West, he is raising important issues.
And I support, really, any third party or independent candidate for any office. I don't think people should ever vote for Republicans or Democrats. Again, they're the same thing. At least if you show support for an independent candidate, whether it's a West or Kennedy or Jill Stein or whoever else might be running, you're rejecting the system and you're trying to draw public attention to these issues. And that in itself, I think is a useful endeavor.
