For many of us these times we are living in are like nothing most of us have ever experienced before. Even in our difficult times of the past, most Americans still felt they had freedom and the protections of the Constitution. Today, you would have to be wearing “Rose Colored Glasses” to believe we are still a free people today.  Is there hope?

Remember 15 days to flatten the curve? Remember the predictions of millions of dead by summer and people collapsing on the streets? Remember Governor Andrew Cuomo demanding 40,000 ventilators? How many did he really need?  Remember the many changing predictions of Dr. Anthony Fauci? You would think, that after every doomsday prediction proved to be wrong, that Americans would have wised up. Why are we still acting like it’s March of 2020?

Failure is now the accepted normative in our public school system. It seems the more tax money they get, the worst the result. Schools now are increasingly indoctrination centers for political purging, “wokeism,” hostility toward faith, and government control of our youth. Mao Zedong would be proud.  

Finding balance in the news today is not easy. Trying to balance common sense with fear is also not an easy task to accomplish in the age of coronavirus. Since the beginning of both the radio program and podcast the goal has been both to inform but also provide hope. Bob shares some of what you have suggested, and where God is leading.
