My intentions were to talk about being black in the work place but again, being overwhelmed by the death of MORE BLACK PEOPLE; I had to allow myself to feel my feelings. These are my feelings, raw, real and unscripted.

Unfortunately, another senseless and brutal murder of a black man has gone viral. In light of mental health awareness month I had totally different intentions for this episode; but with the flood of emotion I felt from this most recent act of violence, it was only right to get the perspective of the black man first hand.
