A long time ago, on a wet and windy afternoon Mia and Leah were looking at the ‘Groupons’ for all the different types of allergy testing. Apart from the hair testing and skin prick tests they came across an applied Kinesiology session for the diagnosis of allergies and intolerances.

The pair set out a couple of weeks later to South Woodford where they each has a session with a wonderful kinesiologist, and this podcast is the result.

There was this one day, just before Christmas a couple of years ago where Mia and Leah decided it might be fun to get hypnotised…

Like with all good plans, they checked Groupon only to find an array of hypnosis deals!

The result of this decision is todays podcast.

Mia and Leah decided they wanted to use their weekday evening hang out to try new things, the more odd the better. This somehow became a plan to launch a podcast, and this, right here is the first episode.

We went for dinner in London's Dans Le Noir, a restaurant where you eat in the dark.
