Right now it appears San Diego is safe after a tsunami advisory was issued along the west coast following a 8.8 magnitude earthquake in Russia. Investigators believe a 17-year-old driver died after he was street racing Chula Vista. A San Diego woman accused of using ring cameras to spy on her ex-husband and his family has pleaded not guilty.
