With the Utah legislature in session, elected representatives are currently making decisions that will affect life for all state residents. Utah State University is taking a closer look at how those decisions get made – and who’s making them. Their Utah Women & Leadership Project recently released a report on the status of women in state politics. Director Susan Madsen spoke with KZMU’s Christy Williams Dunton to talk about the data, and what it means for the quality of Utah leadership and government.
