While Arches and Canyonlands remain closed to the public, other National Parks in Utah are announcing slow reopenings to some recreational use. Spokespeople for the NPS have said these decisions are made on a park-by-park basis and in concert with state and local health authorities. Today on the news, we learn how the Southeast Utah Group of the National Parks is working with our local health officials to determine the safest timeline for reopening.
