Not as something you have to “believe in,” but as a practical framework for self-awareness. A way to notice patterns between what you feel emotionally and what shows up physically.
We talk about how so many of us move through life overstimulated, busy, and disconnected from what’s happening inside. How grief, stress, unspoken truth, and unprocessed moments don’t disappear, they store. And how pain and discomfort aren’t problems to fix, but messages asking for attention. Chakras offer a language for that attention. A way to pause and ask, “What is this trying to tell me?” instead of immediately pushing through.
