Less than 30 days!! This is where we are, and unfortunately, not enough people care about their own interests to vote for the people who will protect body autonomy, protect public education, and protect collective bargaining. Not only that, we need to protect democracy from those that want to turn back the clock to when only land-owning white men had a say in our democracy. We won't go back!!

We have less than 60 days left, and you know the stakes for this year's election. Democrats around the country are excited about the Harris/Walz campaign. I join in that excitement.

I understand how easy it is to focus on the presidential race; however, we need that same energy to make sure Indiana does not take a turn back to the 1950's. The Braun/Beckwith, with a supermajority if we don't flip some seats in the state house, will do just that. Braun's policies do not align with the needs of Hoosiers, and Beckwith is just flat out dangerous. Beckwith is a White Christian nationalist and is working tirelessly to recruit more to his vision of America.

That is why it is necessary for us to work with and be committed to helping Jennifer McCormick and Terry Goodin win the election for Indiana's top seat. If we don't do everything necessary, whatever good work being done with a Harris/Walz administration will not be felt here at home. We cannot afford that.

After a month off, Turn Left is back!! And we are starting the stretch run to election day with two women looking to give our next president, Kamala Harris, the help she needs from Congress. And remember, you can support these candidates by donating to their campaigns.

Times are changing! Who knew a Black-South Asian woman would get endorsements from many Democratic elected officials, unions, and state party delegates for President of the United States? But here we are, where anything is possible!

The Indiana Democratic Party convention will be held on July 13, 2024. The convention is the time for us to finalize our platform, and the delegates will select our candidate for Attorney General. We know Todd Rokita has been and continues to be an embarrassment to our great state. From lying on television to lying about legal proceedings, it is clear, he is not the kind of individual to hold this office.Luckily for us, we have two amazing women running to be our next AG.
