  • Ep. 248: Give Me Something To Believe In When "Just Believe" is not enough.

    Send us Fan Mail

Happy Easter. This podcast is for you if you need a boost in your faith.

This is David Norrie, and I'll be honest with you, when I was young, maybe 10 years old, I had questions about faith and God and Jesus Christ. When I went to the people closest to me and asked "why do we believe in Jesus Christ," the answer I got was "just believe."

That never sat well with me. So what better time than Easter week to sit down with my beautiful wife, who opened my eyes to the Word of God, and sit down to talk about reasons to believe in this man named Jesus Christ and the wonderful, incomparable word of God.

It's as honest as it gets. I hope you enjoy it and share it.

    SHOW NOTES:

    1. The clearest and most in depth explanation of where we got the Bible and how we can trust in it. This Mark Driscoll sermon will erase any doubts of how you can trust in the validity of the Bible.

    2. In this episode we also made mention of books outside of the Bible, not included in the Apocrypha. We mention our friend Luke Rodgers who co-authored a book about the Book of Enoch. Here is the link for that.

The Book of Enoch: With Commentary & Concept Art on the Book of the Watchers (Complete Edition, includes 1, 2, & 3 Enoch) Paperback - by Timothy Alberino (Author, Introduction), Luke Rodgers (Author), Nathan Henry (Author

    3. We also spoke of the Shroud of Turin and referenced a Glenn Beck show featuring Jeremiah J. Johnston, President of Christian Thinkers Society, who guides Glenn through a scientific, historic, and theological exploration of the Shroud.

    4. Not mentioned in this show but a highly suggested listen that Angelike and I suggest is the following. It's our friend and Spiritual Father Kerry Moss giving a beautiful explanation of the Resurrection. Its segment 11 titled Jesus Christ; Our Passover Lamb. • EP. 246. This is the Ride Or Die Season for Men Who Feel Like They Are Under Attack

    Send us Fan Mail

    Men are under attack.

    Spiritual attack.

Be it the lie of "toxic masculinity" or the weight of raising a family in a world gone crazy, too many good men are feeling like they've been punched in the gut.

In this episode, David goes solo and gives insight to what he's been feeling himself and what he's been hearing from other men in his circles.

The Kingdom needs strong men to stand up and fight. If we're going to restore the family and restore our country, it's time to find our strength and our identity in Christ.

It's time for a gut check.

Why doesn't your spouse understand you?

How text and emails can get taken out of context.

The pet peeves: innuendo, gossip and passive aggressiveness.

If you got a problem with communicating with your friends or spouse, we're talking about it in this episode.

  • Ep. 242 Spring Cleaning Your Mariage; Clearing Out the Junk & Making Room for Growth

    Send us Fan Mail

Have you ever noticed that New Year’s resolutions feel forced?

Like, we try to start fresh in the middle of winter when everything is still dead, cold, and in hibernation? But then spring comes, and suddenly, there’s this urge to clean, reset, and start fresh for real?

It’s not just a coincidence—this is actually how God designed it. In the Bible, the real new year starts in the spring, not in January. That’s when everything is being revived—nature, energy, even our own motivation to do better. And this applies to our homes, our bodies, and—most importantly—our marriages.

Just like we do a deep clean of our house in the spring—getting rid of the junk, dusting off neglected spaces, and making room for something fresh—our marriages need the same kind of reset. Because over time, clutter builds up—not just in our homes, but in our relationships. Unspoken resentment, bad habits, distractions, and just everyday busyness can start suffocating connection. And if we don’t clear it out, it slowly kills intimacy and trust.

So today, we’re talking about spring cleaning your marriage—how to clear out what’s been weighing you down, rebuild what’s been neglected, and step into a fresh season together. And let’s be real… we’re not perfect at this. We’ve had our own seasons where we let things pile up—whether it’s unresolved arguments, lack of intentional time, or just getting distracted by life. So today, we’re going to unpack the practical ways to declutter your marriage, fight fair, rebuild intimacy, and make room for growth.

Think about your relationship right now. Is there something that feels heavy? Is there an area where you feel distant? Maybe it’s time for a reset—because if we don’t clean out what’s not working, we can’t make room for something better.”

  • Ep 241: Three Secrets that Give You Permission To Market and Brand Like a Rock Star

    Send us Fan Mail

    •  TALK ABOUT THE DIPS, NOT JUST THE TRIPS
    • Importance of authenticity:
Sharing genuine stories and vulnerabilities is key to building trust, while inauthentic attempts at emotional storytelling can be easily detected by audiences and may even backfire.
    • DON”T BE VANILLA.  HAVE A STYLE. TAKE RISKS
The great Oscar Wilde quote goes "Be yourself, everyone else is already taken"
    • Authentic voice: Speak in a way that feels natural to you, reflecting your personality. Wear what makes you comfortable.
    •   NOT EVERYTHING IS A HIT
Not everything you do is going to be awesome or even resonate. That's ok. Not everything needs to be a No. 1. In fact, it's rare to have a number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 because only about 3.7% of songs on the chart have reached that position.

      Some of the most popular artists who have never achieved a number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 include: Bruce Springsteen, Led Zeppelin, James Brown, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Backstreet Boys, One Direction, Missy Elliott, Jimi Hendrix, and Tom Petty;
