You just can't keep a Good Guy down!... So I'm late to the party again, but there was no way I was missing out on getting this commentary out to y'all when I had so much fun with season one. That first go round is yet another viewing overall that deserves an apology from me because it was so damn good. It brought the series back to a great place, and managed to expand on everything in spades. How they top last season is beyond me, but I'm completely ready for another bonkers adventure with Chucky tormenting Jake, Devin, Lexy and a bunch of other potential victims at this boarding school setting. I've went through so many emotions with this movie that I couldn't even rate nor rank it yesterday... Not even after multiple watches. So I trusted in my platform and my listeners to guide me through this finale the proper way, which wasn't a bad idea. I've had theories, I've had excitement, I've had red flags, etc. Yet here we are for the showdown between Good vs Evil. Laurie Strode is ready to put The Boogeyman to bed. Enjoy, people.

The bloody battle of two horror titans is finally here for my own personal and humorous enjoyment this episode... And there's plenty of good and bad things to spread around. I won't front like this wasn't the best theater going romp I've ever experienced, but this showdown comes with so many flaws. But even still, I'm happy to have been able to see this come full circle on the big screen after years of development hell. Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees, from Elm street to Camp Crystal Lake, shit is about to get wild. Enjoy, folks.

I finally decided to jump start Spooky Season commentary, and better late than never... So it was on to one of the more innovative and intriguing slasher flicks that had a well deserved direct sequel last year. Nia DaCosta had Jordan Peele backing her directorial mark in the horror genre, and I'd say they knocked this out of the park. The social commentary and overall themes have remained, and expanded so this is one for the culture in my opinion. Enjoy, y'all.

Having given up on this series after the first few sequels or so, I never thought I'd be so excited to see the antics caused by this damn puzzle box again... But here we are, and there's no shame whatsoever. There's a small yet big resurgence for our horror icons happening right now and if it means gender swapping Pinhead and rebooting this property, then I'm down to see what's in store for the next trip into Hell. Whether this will be one way or round trip all depends on how well this flick does and just based on the director and look of Jamie Clayton as Hell Priest, I can honestly say I hope horror fans can once again get trapped in this Labyrinth for quite some time. Art The Clown is back on his bullshit again, and I'm both excited and almost sure to be disturbed by it at the same time... My introduction to this character wasn't the anthology appearance, but the first movie in it's entirety. And it was an experience for the books when I realized that this guy wasn't playing any games at all when it came to dispatching his victims. That being said, I'm down to clown with this guy a second time around, because I know he'll take things a step further. Enjoy, y'all.

Jamie Foxx is a man of many talents, and it just so happened that his acting became one of his strong suits... But when he's now suiting up to hunt vampires on Cali with Snoop Dogg, of course I expected something completely stupid. But the trailer gave me some hope the moment I saw how well this movie's choreography looked on screen. If there's one thing that they sold me on, it's the entertainment factor along with a horror/humor balance. The vampire genre is so off and on these days that this would've been something I skipped commentary for, but I'm all for turning my brain off and strapping in. This gives the term "Protect Your Neck" a more energetic spin. Enjoy, people.

I wasn't too thrilled about the news of this due to the fact that Disney has it's hand in the Fox pot... I'm not a big fan of watered down versions of horror/sci-fi properties (Yes, you, AvP), so the red flags were real here. Then the trailer dropped and I was very impressed, so that built some hype. And even though I'm not super crazy about this franchise overall, I still love different things about each one. So I strapped my boots up and decided to see just what kind of threat this flick posed against the others in the franchise. And I did it all without suiting up in Predator gear. I wish I had though, because I wasn't ready. Enjoy, folks.
