So our favorite pint sized slasher on screen has surfaced again, but this time on the small screen for his very own tv series... I have my picks with this franchise but in terms of impressing me, they've got to top the tone of Curse Of Chucky, the bat shit crazed ideas of Cult Of Chucky, and the stand out originality of the remake. That is all. Enjoy, people.

Back in Racoon City once again, and I can't say I'm unhappy about it... I will say that there are things about this entry that bring down even the tamed first go round in this series. Nonetheless it's still entertaining, and we get Nemesis pretty early on so that's always a plus. Enjoy, y'all.

This is honestly becoming one of my favorite streets to end up on, and I am loving every minute of it... Leigh Janiak is truly winning me over with how this property is being handled carefully, tonally, and violently. I won't give away much, so I'll leave you folks to it and you'll see just whaf I mean as I react to this next installment. Enjoy, people.

I got tired of wasting precious time and decided to start my franchise binge off the right way... Underworld will be the next series more than likely, but Alice and the Umbrella corporation have my focus for now. This movie had a solid impact on me when it came out, but it's actually grown on me more and more with each watch. Director Paul W. S. Anderson loves his video game adaptations, so I do feel this was a good stepping stone for him after Mortal Kombat. This entry also has the scariest zombies on screen for me, which is a big plus. Part of me cringes at the sight of some of these dated visual effects in this movie... But then the other part of me remembers that it was 1993 at the time, and that this was one of my favorite rentals as a kid. I can't fault this movie for not holding up on the eyes all that well, but I do give it lots of credit for being a bit ahead of it's time in the horror genre. That, and I love how disturbing the idea of The Address Book Killer is here. It's always fun to watch or poke fun of. Enjoy, folks.

I've always been a big enough fan of The Addams Family property to not distance myself from another animated entry... And being as though I watched the first animated film with my daughter this past weekend, my interest was had with this one here. I'm all for the creepy and cooky... Or however the hell they say it in the theme. Enjoy, people.

Shao Kahn is back to do his usual whoop ass and taunting schtick that we were introduced to in the MK II game... Not that I'm against it, but the guy has always had the upper hand strength wise over most of the Kombatants. Luckily we also get the good old trio of Liu Kang, Sonya Blade, and Johnny Cage to defend not only themselves but the realms as well, and they've got some help. They've also got their hands full since Shao Kahn has Reiko, Lei Mei, amd a few familiar others helping him out. Enjoy, folks.

This stuff just keeps pouring in, so it seems the creators are pretty confident that this will be a big thing... I'm hoping so, but we won't know for sure until it hits Netflix on Friday. Enjoy, people.
