When you tell me both Jordan Peele and J.J. Abrams teamed up to produce a tv show, I am ALL in... No questions asked. It took me a little minute to catch this but damn it, the creative minds involved have something up their sleeves for certain. Enjoy, people.

We lost a true King and a real life Superhero, people... I never thought I would be using the term "the late great" when it came to someone like Chadwick Boseman, who was still fresh on the scene and climbing the ladder in his career. I could have done a first time watch episode for 21 Bridges, 42 or Get On Up, but this was the suitable one. This is a comic book film that resonated culturally and stood out for all the right reasons. Enjoy, folks.

I'm actually a fan of the Tremors series... The first film establishes very well that these are cheesy B-movies with giant monster worms, and it's heavy on the comedy aspect. So there's always fun to be had with these. Also this is one of the few horror series that has a reoccurring character in each of them, played my the same person. Michael Gross as Burt Gummer is the real MVP. Enjoy, people.

This is one of those gems that I can't seem to stay away from... I'm not sure if it's the slasher aspect, or the fact that this is equivalent to the stuff I once wrote at some point. But it gets right down to the nitty gritty, and pulls no punches. Which is what a horror movie should do. Deon Taylor is a man that's climbed the ladder in cinema, but I appreciate that he kind of started with horror flicks. Enjoy, people.

So what's a traumatized Keisha to do now that she's been found and is back home, safe and sound?... Get talked about by your's truly while I'm very much hungover and tired as all hell. This season has really picked up for me, being as though I was super worried about it falling off. So I'm hoping this season ends on a very strong note. Enjoy, folks.

When you give me black cinema, a rom-com, and all the ingredients that make the best ones tick, I am ALL in... I held out long enough with this movie, and I'm not sure why. The trailers alone sold me, and the movie felt like it was just very natural given what they displayed. And since The Notebook was a thing, The Photograph can be, too. Enjoy, y'all.

With everything going on in the world right now, one would argue that a film like this may not be necessary... But I think this will be a trigger for all the RIGHT reasons. I'm all for a powerful flick that's heavy on the message, but has a separate story. That, and the fact that this is a true story is a big plus. It seems like once Daniel Kaluuya decided to get out, he never looked back. Enjoy, people.

I know I've had some serious gripes with this flick, even though I'm a DIE HARD Michael Myers fan, but I had to show love today... Because through the flaws and all, this is still an entertaining entry. Once I can get past the Scream vibes and the 17 different masks used here, it's still a simplistic Halloween film. And I don't hate it. It was solid to come back to the podcast after a minute with this here. Enjoy, folks.
