The commentary binge continues, as summer just continues to shed this hellish heat upon us... Safe to say, this isn't weather I think even Julie James can get hooked on (pun intended). I had this on the brain heavy, so I did my first back to back commentary. And this sequel is always worth the watch. Enjoy, folks.

Summertime is kicking our asses out here so far, so this seems more than fitting for the occasion... The only thing scarier than the state of the world is Ben Willis in a slicker, ready for some cat and mouse. This is the 90s slasher people more than likely mention after Scream, and rightfully so. Once I get past the confusing mystery stuff, it's always a solid horror flick. Enjoy, people.

So in my back to back (what it seems like) commentary amongst the Big Beasts, I found myself back with the elm Street series... Freddy is a character that's hard to hate, yet hard to be taken seriously these days. Once he became a joke, it was hard to make him a horror figure again. But that doesn't mean I don't always have love for even my least favorite entries. Enjoy, people.

First of all, at some point, I had a call with my ace, M. Rite... My family and fellow horror buff, just to discuss the movie/series for a bit. Other than that, let's jump into Jason getting his first and last mask of the series. It was only right I showed respect to Steve Miner on his birthday, the only director to return twice to the FT13th series. Also the one who gave Jason his signature look up top. Enjoy, y'all.

One of my favorite, if not favorite overall, hood movies ever made... And the movie that cemented Tupac Shakur's acting career 100%. In honor of the late great artist/MC/revolutionary/etc., I decided this flick was a must to discuss. It's basically a black horror movie, so what's not to love? Enjoy, y'all.

I originally was going to do a review for this, but I decided this commentary was much needed... And since this is a topic I've been itching for it had to go down today. This is a I feel is pretty misunderstood, which is an understatement when talking about the TCM series. But I've always respected what this sequel set out to do, which was go back to the source material. Enjoy, y'all.

Due to more of my unpopular opinions, I have to state how much I love this sequel... It's actually my favorite sequel after the original, and for good reason. It takes everything I love about the idea of Scream, and capitalizes on it all. I can only hope the next entry Radio Silence is working on is as entertaining as this here. Enjoy, people.
