One of my top 5 horror remakes of all time... This here is one for the books. There's plenty of cringe and shock value to be had here, and that doesn't always work for horror, or remakes for that matter. But being as though I'm not the Evil Dead purist/fan most are, I was more than open to the idea of a serious toned take on an already wild property. This got me once again. Enjoy, y'all.

I tried something different, and went with some talking over a tv show as opposed to a movie. It wasn't until I was already done the episode, I realized this wasn't my first rodeo with a tv show commentary. I also did Creepshow episode one. But nonetheless, this was interesting. Enjoy, people.

Summertime is kicking our asses out here so far, so this seems more than fitting for the occasion... The only thing scarier than the state of the world is Ben Willis in a slicker, ready for some cat and mouse. This is the 90s slasher people more than likely mention after Scream, and rightfully so. Once I get past the confusing mystery stuff, it's always a solid horror flick. Enjoy, people.

So in my back to back (what it seems like) commentary amongst the Big Beasts, I found myself back with the elm Street series... Freddy is a character that's hard to hate, yet hard to be taken seriously these days. Once he became a joke, it was hard to make him a horror figure again. But that doesn't mean I don't always have love for even my least favorite entries. Enjoy, people.

Other than that, let's jump into Jason getting his first and last mask of the series. One of my favorite, if not favorite overall, hood movies ever made... And the movie that cemented Tupac Shakur's acting career 100%. In honor of the late great artist/MC/revolutionary/etc., I decided this flick was a must to discuss. It's basically a black horror movie, so what's not to love? Enjoy, y'all.

I originally was going to do a review for this, but I decided this commentary was much needed... And since this is a topic I've been itching for it had to go down today. This is a I feel is pretty misunderstood, which is an understatement when talking about the TCM series.
