Two words have shaken the entire world: Corona Virus... And what's crazier than the behavior people have shown the past week or so is the fact that this idea isn't too far fetched. There's been panic displayed in horror cinema for years, whether we just get sick or turn into zombies or crazies. Hopefully nobody takes this episode to heart, because I'm having fun here, as I do. The Rock can do no wrong on screen really, even in a film that is far from amazing... But him and Emily Blunt on screen could be better than him and better/bigger company on screen in a Jumanji sequel or two. So I gave this a spin or two and shared my views. Enjoy, people.

Instead of me fishing for my copy of the Night Of The Living Dead remake, like a normal person, I came back around this this dope documentary on YouTube... What a find this was back when I first came across it a few years back. There's a reason that NOTLD 1990 is the best horror remake for me, but to see how some of it was done and hear points of views from the cast/crew is epic. I hate this movie... Let me just make that clear. This was a shot to the heart in every sense, especially me being a die hard Halloween fan. It's a travesty. And you know what? This was an intentional sabotage plot by none other than one of the people involved themselves. Enjoy, people.

The OG Leatherface had a birthday today and I can't lie, it made me miss the big guy quite a bit... Even though Tobe Hooper, God rest his soul, is responsible for this film, it wouldn't have worked without Gunnar Hansen. And since this film is in my top 10 horror films of all time, I had to celebrate the man himself with some commentary, done in a way I only know how to do: informative and silly as hell. Having watched a short film last week called If Likes Could Kill, I didn't know another short from the same creators would be coming my way today... Producer Nick Peetros personally sent this to me, so I watched it right away. There's a lot of ways a short film can or cannot work, but this was another one with a sweet payoff. The creep factor here works pretty well too, so that is always good for an uncomfortable feeling if you're into that. Enjoy, people.

Since 2000, we've had five Scary Movie entries... Count them, five. Only two of them were hilariously funny, while the rest lacked any and everything that the Wayans family members brought to make the movies special in the first place. Not that the spoofs can't work without them, but it's almost like they didn't even try to make them as funny and raunchy, which is a big mistake. This rumor of a reboot happening is actually a bit refreshing, being as though we've gotten progressively worse spoofs as the years went on. I tried not to rant about certain points here, but there's a few reasons this reboot may or may not work. Enjoy, y'all.
