Tveiting Patiently

IT'S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN! In just a few short days, Aaron will be back on stage as Christian in Moulin Rouge! Today's episode takes a look back at Aaron's audition, how he worked with the team to come up with Christian's backstory, and some other favorite cast moments! Enjoy!

Happy New Year! The first episode of 2023 is all about the on screen relationship of Gareth Ritter and Laurel Healey in Aaron's CBS show, Braindead. Bugs, and head explosions aside, the chemistry between Gareth and Laurel is undeniable, so this episode will focus more on the sweet, yet challenging aspects of their on screen relationship amidst the craziness of DC politics.

As we wrap up 2022, I'm resharing another favorite episode from the podcast. The Eternally Grateful episode which highlights Aaron's humbleness and appreciation for all of the people and opportunities in his life that has lead him to where he is today. Happy New Year!

Hi Tveit Nation! While there's no new episode this week, I wanted to reshare the Enjolras/Les Miserables episodes since the 10th anniversary of the movie coming out in theaters is coming up on Christmas Day, Decemeber 25th! Enjoy and Happy Holidays!

It wouldn't be the holidays without our favorite Prince James of Galwick. One Royal Holiday has become such a comfort movie to so many since it first premiered. The cast is made of up of some stellar Broadway stars and through this movie Hallmark showed that it was possible to still work and create in the middle of the pandemic. There's so much to love about the way that Aaron portrays our Prince James, from his sarcasm to his vulnerability. I hope you enjoy this episode and have a "very Merry Christmas. And a Happy New Year, indeed."

What a week in the world of Aaron Tveit! One week ago, he announced his 12 week, limited return to Moulin Rouge! The internet exploded with excitement and anticipation! Aaron also reunited with Danny Burstein and Baz Luhrmann at Rizzoli Bookstore in New York City for a book signing to celebrate David Cote's book. I was lucky enough to have gotten a ticket to this signing and got to meet Aaron in person! This week has been unreal and this week's episode recaps it all! Enjoy!

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens. Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens. Brown paper packages tied up with strings. These are a few of my favorite things....or in the case of today's episode, you're about to hear a few of my Aaron Tveit favorite things. From Ricky Live, to concerts, to Broadway Show moments, let's see how many favorite Aaron things we have in common!

Aaron's long awaited return to the stage happened at Kean University on 11/12/22 and it was just as amazing as you could have imagined. This week, I chatted with Jill who has the TikTok account @broadway_luv and was able to collect videos of Aaron's performances to share on her account with Tveit Nation. I love the opportunity to chat with others in this amazing community and Jill did not disappoint. Hope you enjoy our recap of the concert!

Part 2 of Grease Live is here! This time highlighting more members of the stellar cast, their chemistry on and off screen and how they felt about taking on these iconic roles in a new way!

Danny Zuko has become a beloved character for different generations. Aaron Tveit assumed the role of Danny Zuko in 2016 for the TV Musical adaptation of Grease Live! While he certainly was able to get into character and look the part as a result of phenomenal costumes and hair, he also level up his skills with bringing the iconic dance moves and songs to the screen for one night only! This episode will highlight Aaron's perspective on assuming the role, how he prepared for it, and what his initial thoughts were when this opportunity was presented to him. Enjoy!
