  • EP#65 - Is Toxic Masculinity Exclusive to Men?

On this week's episode of Twenty Somethings, Keith and Grant explore what it means to be toxically masculine. What behaviors shape a human to become toxic? Is it only men who's format becomes corrupted by the idea of what they "should be", or does this happen through all genders, religous sects, and types of people? Ridiculous Headlines this week:

  • EP#64 - Universal Basic Income and Andrew Yang

On this week's episode, Keith and Grant break down some discrepancies within the economic theory known as Universal Basic Income. This theory has gained a lot of traction as of late in the national media, due to the presence of an unlikely Presidential Candidate in Andrew Yang.

Are we able to pay for that? Won't people work less? Why should the rich get it? Why not just improve current welfare programs? All of these questions are covered in a great conversation centered around trying to improve the bottom line of society. The headlines were quite ridiculous this week. Among other things discussed, a Japanese hotel chain apologizes for allowing hackers to peep on guests through bedside robots, and you will go to jail for trick or treating at the age of 12 in some states. Grant agrees with that one. Go figure.

  • EP#62 - The Kurds And Turkey: What Is The United States Role On The World Stage?

With horrific news coming out about the effects of President Trump's decision to remove troops from the Syrian border, we have decided to reflect on the United States' foreign policy decisions. The question at the heart of this episode of Twenty Somethings podcast: Should the United States be the world police, or should we mind our own business? The answer to some is binary and partisan, but the reality is far more complex. • EP#58 - Age Limits In Politics

With the third democratic debate taking place last week, one thing became abundantly clear: the leading candidates are OLD. Joe Biden has a hard time remembering his talking points and Bernie Sanders can hardly keep his head up. It begs the question - just how old is too old to run for president? Should the current leader of the free world have grown up in the 1950s? Why is this problematic and should it change?

This episode we explore putting an age limit on who can run for president.

As always we have ridiculous headlines, including: Russian priests dropping holy water over cities, feral hogs, kids switching from juls back to cigarettes.

    Also, as always, unpopular opinions!

  • EP#57 - Why Do Some of Us Like to Live in Filth?

Some people are disgusting. Let's just put it out there. It can be for a variety of reasons, but the fact of the matter is, y'little bit gross. Most of us can understand when things are unkempt. But we all know the feeling of walking into a place that has the stench of the Poop-Bomb that wreaked havoc on someones car earlier this week. Yes - that is a real thing and we talk about that too. We ask the ever important question of how the f*@(*&#$ does someone leave a chicken breast in the back of a fridge for 5 months? Men that can't aim when they piss - do you think you should figure it out? Only the important questions here on Twenty Somethings. Also discussed: Poop-Bomb (I told you) Vegan Women Sues Barbecue Neighbors "Real Spells and Curses" Force Religious School to Ban Harry Potter

The Amazon rainforest is currently on fire, with wildfires being up 80% from the previous year. Why is this happening? Is it normal? How bad is this for climate change? Who is responsible?
