On this Episode of the podcast I chat to Simon Hastings, Simon is a Dad of two and a paramedic, Simon helped set up the charity Ksafe kids in memory of his sister. Simon gives a raw and honest account of his mindset after tragically loosing his sister, we discuss the importance of perseverance when it comes to maintaining your mental health, we discuss the joys and struggles of becoming a dad and we talk about Dads group , a fantastic organisation who promote positive parenting for men an give new dads the support and connection they may need.

In this weeks episode I chat to Mark Moran, Mark is a mental health acute outreach clinician and works with a team of mental health professionals who help and treat people suffering from acute mental health issues. Mark has 15 years in experience in the mental health sector initially working with youth drug and alcohol abuse cases, he has also had a number of volunteer roles in those 15 years including 10 years volunteering with a local organisation called Read the Play. Jase has a great story and on the podcast we discuss his journey and dive into some of the endurance events he has completed, Jase has a long list of accomplishments including competing in" The Worlds Toughest Mudder" a 24 hour endurance race ,no less than four times.
