Two For One

This week, Mike and Mike discuss the dumbest things they believed as children, not including their hopes that people would one day listen to their podcast. They also introduce a new segment, where they pitch new television show ideas based on the names of Netflix originals that already exist. Bonus points to Mike for finding some of the worst titles on the platform (looking at you, The I-Land).

This week, Mike grills Mike on his illustrious film career working with some of the top minds in the industry. His claim to fame is of course the critically acclaimed, Oscar nominated film [REDACTED], which many adore as their favorite movie of all time. Much like other critically lauded films, this episode is far too long with not enough happening, clocking in at just under two hours. It’s a Two For One record!

This week, the boys take off their gas masks and quarantine gear for another episode of Two For One. Arguments on the docket include the age old debate of Mac versus PC, the validity of Instagram influencers, the value of sharing stuff on social media (again), and whether or not a comedian can tell you how to live your life. Wash your hands, you filthy animals.

The boys discuss conspiracy theories, engage in dead-end ethical debates, and ponder the mysteries of Denver Airport in this latest installment of two guys who forget they’re doing a show.

Hello again to our loyal fans, new subscribers, and unfortunate souls tied to cold radiators in dark basements. It's 2020, a new year for the show and our brand new format. This week, and hopefully all future weeks, we take two topics off our ever growing board of podcast topics and generate a unique, comedic, and (occasionally) accidentally insightful conversation. Give us a shout if you want us to talk about a topic that you came up with! We'll talk about it. Or maybe we won't. Whatever, here's the show nerds.

It's the end of 2019! Mike and Mike wrap up what little bit of a show they have left and tease a re-branding that might actually get real people to listen! This week Mike and Mike grab each others throats (hot) and have the most genuine, passionate argument this side of a marriage ever recorded and posted on the Internet. While Mike debates against the ego-driven nature of vlogging, other Mike bravely defends his consumption of genuine content creators (soul-less hack fraud shills). It’s an all out war; will there be a winner? Or only losers?

This week on Two For One, Mike and Mike discuss the controversial statements of legendary filmmakers Martin Scorsese and Francis Ford Coppola, argue the merits of what defines a movie, and discuss the deep-rooted ADHD dysfunction that haunts both of their lives. Marvel (haha, get it?) at how Mike has seen only four movies his entire life, three of them being Jaws, as other Mike desperately tries to mold him into a film critic.
